For better or worse, several employees always recognize us when we go get stuff and maybe because of it we always have pleasant service. Theres some off days but overall, considering the neediness of customers, this store is always clean and organized. I usually dont need much assistance while I go get stuff, except when I use the Site-To-Store or get our cars maintenance done and I cant corroborate with people complaining about waiting long periods of time. A recent change in the quality of their autocare made me edit my previous review and question on whether I want to use their auto service at all in the future. I bought a set of 4 tires from them online and I had them installed here. They managed to hit the TPMS sensor while doing the install and those are expensive. Theyll install it for free, but thats the least of my worries. Why should I pay for their carelessness? In a different occasion, I also had an oil change done here and I told them that there was NO NEED for them to replace the engine air filter as I had just replaced it myself. With the oil change done, I drove away seeing a check emissions system warning in my dash. Gave it a couple of miles for it to reset but it didnt. I looked under the hood and noticed that one of the tabs on my air filter harness was missing. I immediately drove back and explained the situation and the clerk misunderstood me, thinking that i was interested in buying the tab from them, bit I told them that they must have lost it because it was there before I drove my car to their place. He went and checked with the techs and sure enough he heard stories about how much difficulty they had putting the tab on. I still have to get my emissions system checked and who knows what else they might have touched that they shouldnt have

Came in for a normal LOF (lube, oil and filter) I have had my oil changed here twice now with my new 16 Mazda CX-5. They tell me give them about 20 min to get everything take care of no big deal right. After walking around killing time for about 30 min I come back see my SUV outside. After waiting a few minutes for someone to see I was at the counter they come up. I give them my name and he states we are not able to change my oil. I look at him puzzled and replied with excuse me? He states it takes a special tool. I myself know exactly what tool hes talking about. That would be a Ratchet with 8mm hex or Allen wrench. Nothing "special" about this tool as they have been around over a 100 years... google it if you want proof! If you dont have the right tools to do the job you shouldnt be changing oil on cars period. It would have been also nice that someone would have called me to let me know of this issues rather then wasting my time walking around the store as I could take my car somewhere else with employees who know what they are actually doing. This store has became a joke and employees could careless. This isnt the 1st time I have had a issue as they put the wrong weight of oil in my wifes SUV not once but twice.

This is by far the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. There is no customer service. My first time there, I with a friend and was buying a dining set that weighed around 100lbs. We needed a special cart to move it but had no idea where the cart was. My friend asked an associate for assistance. The associate pointed my friend and a direction and walked away -he did not get the cart or offer to help us move the dining set off the shelf and on to the cart. The last time I went to this store, I was in line waiting to pay for one item. The man in front of me was finishing his purchase and paid cash. The cashier opened the drawer to get change...and there was no cash inside (there wasnt even a money tray) . The cashier asked another employee for help. This employee said hed call for assistance. After 10+ minutes, no help had arrived. A customer noticed the problem and went to customer service to get my cashier some help. This customer began walking back to the cashier with a third employee, but this employee got distracted and walked away before reaching my cashier. After 15 + min of waiting, I left the store and have no intention of ever going back

My husband came to this store to find a 55" television wall mount. He couldnt locate the one he wanted (your online store said you had it in stock) so approached a staff member in the appropriate section and requested help. The staff member was rude, unhelpful and acted like my husband asking for help was an inconvenience. He gave my husband wrong information and dismissed his questions. When my husband requested assistance from someone more helpful, this staff member finally went and had a look. My husband then spoke to another gentleman from a different department who gave him completely contradicting information. Product knowledge is a vital part of retail and whilst I understand Walmart is vast, I would expect an employee who is assigned to a certain area to have an understanding of the products in which he is expected to sell. I also understand that your employees are almost on minimum wage but if they dont want the job, please offer it to someone who has courtesy, manners, customer service skills and who is willing to help a confused customer.

This was a very interesting visit to the store when I arrived and parked my car there was a person that was coming out the store walking fast and they were being chased by two different Sheriffs once they crossed over Walmarts parking lot they were handcuffed and brought back to the store did look like any conversation was going on at the time there was no guns drawn there was no conversation for the police to tell her to stop or the holdup and letting her know that they were the police I will commend the police for not drawing any guns as it was several customers outside including myself to keep us safe and protected many onlookers or watching as well then while I was in the store I heard two security personnel state that they had to go and find the girls phone as they were traveling through the store and pass me by so I assumed they were speaking of the young lady that has stole something from their location that was being detained by the Sheriffs Office at this Walmart other than that my shopping experience was good at this location

The food from the deli and bakery was delicious. The only thing I say that is bad is the customer service. One time I wanted to get change from a register after checking out. I wanted two fives from the change and the guy at the register said he didnt have any money EVEN WHEN I SAW ATLEAST 3 TEN DOLLAR BILLS SITTING IN THE REGISTER!! He told us that customer service will be able to give me change. He gave me 100 dollars too for change. So I went there and the lady told me that they couldnt open the register and give me change. WHAT DO YOU THINK IM A ROBBER?? She said it was store policy. I asked to know where it said that in the policy. And do you know what she did? She said "Well we cant show you the policy because its policy." WHAT?!?!?:&$_!. Then I tell her what guy sent me down there and she said that she would talk to him. We went back and gave the guy the 100 dollars back and told him that it was policy. And I was walking out and I saw him smirk. Go to the Krogers review for part two on the story if you want to.
