I had been running with a sore foot to the point where I could barely even walk on Sunday. I was just finished. My trainer suggested I take another look at the shoe factor. I had been fitted for a Brooks Pure Cadence by Omega Sports which was a shoe I had been running in for quite some time and had done a lot of pavement pounding in. But after two weeks of resting the foot I tried a run again and ended up making it 2 miles before limping home not being able to even walk on it. Anyway I went in that Tuesday to Fleet Feet and this was the first time shopping there. Everything that my foot had been fitted for at Omega - minimalist shoe, no cushion, meant for a high level of pronation, high arch, was wrong. My feet are flat, neutral pronation and need the cushion with the level of pavement running I do. They fitted me with a Saucony Triumph. I went on to run 15.2 miles the rest of that week. I am very thrilled and pleased and can say that Fleet Feet has reinstated my trust of personal shoe fitting services. They offered a 30 day return policy even if the shoes had been worn. This is weeks later and no foot issues and I couldnt be happier. Thank you!

My experience at Fleet Feet was great. After my sister told me about FF I have purchase three pairs of sneakers from them. Two pairs from the Winston-Salem store and one pair from the Greensboro store. Staff members at each store very professional. However, the last pair of sneakers I brought from the Greensboro store are the worst pair I have brought so far. There are the Hoka(I think that is how it is spelled), in blue and orange color. These sneakers were disposed to offer me support as I have no arch, disposed to be light weigh, which there are not and basically the best. I will have to say there are not any of my above description. When I first got them in the store there felt comfortable but the first day I walked in them there hurt the inside of my feet. So I change the insert, that help. After that it is all down hill, no support, the sneakers started lean on the side, hurting my legs and back cause there give no support. Now you may say it is how I walk but I have flat feet, so I do not think so. Now I have to go buy another pair of sneakers.

I came in with high expectations and did not leave disappointed. By watching me run in the store then on a treadmill using slow motion video, the consultant was able to pinpoint that on my right foot I run with a heel strike that rolls inwards. He suggested a number of shoes that would address this issue. I was able to test all 5 of the shoes suggested and after spending a considerable amount of time narrowing down his suggestions, I chose a shoe that best fit my needs. After running a couple times in the shoes that were recommended I can say for certain that this is going to make a big difference in both the length of time I am able to run and the way my joints feel after a run. I am very satisfied and I am glad I had the opportunity to spend the time to accurately chose the shoe that was correct for me.

I had an excellent experience at Fleet Feet in Greensboro. I was fitted and purchased a new pair of running shoes. John took the time to watch me run on the treadmill and analyze my gait before I decided on the best pair for me. I do have problems with foot and ankle pain when running, so having the right shoes with the appropriate support is extremely important. I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely go back for my next pair of running shoes. I only wish that my schedule would allow me to participate in the running clubs that they offer, maybe eventually I will be able to make it work. This is a great resource in Greensboro for all levels of runners.

I brought in my 13-year old son, who, having worn rigid plastic ankle/foot braces for many years, finally got to move to a set of custom made inserts, and needed new shoes to go with them. Because he needed very wide shoes to accommodate the braces, wed always had to order them online from New Balance, so the chance to pick out a pair of shoes in a store was pretty novel & exciting for him. Chris at Hanger Prosthetics & Orthotics sent us to Fleet Feet, and we had a great experience. The woman who helped us really listened to what we needed, and put a lot of thought and effort into helping him choose just the right pair for him. We couldnt be more pleased!

Greensboros Fleet Feet Sports has the best service Ive experienced in a very long time. The person who helped me was totally focused on helping me find the best shoes for my feet. She answered all my questions about what I needed & why, without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. She took measurements of each foot & brought out a number of shoes for me to try out. She watched me walk in each pair, then asked me about the fit. No pressure, no feeling of being rushed, & no hard sell - just helping me find the best shoes. And I do love my shoes, so success all around!

My first time in the store was excellent. They were obviously busy, but acknowledged my presence and let me know I would be tended to as soon as they finished with others. I watched as they gave careful and unrushed attention to patrons, which is usually a good sign they will do the same with me. They did. The staff spent an hour making sure the shoes were a fit to my needs. This group could teach some other retailers about customer service.

Wonderful Experience! I hadnt had my feet measured in over 10 years. I had no idea how much comfort I was missing out on. Turned out I have a 4E width. They fitted me with many different styles and observed how I walked in them. I tried on many different brands and styles and was able to find one that was perfect for me. The best shoe shopping experience Ive ever had. Definitely recommend.

Associate spent 45 minutes helping me find the right shoe for my mild overpronation. He video taped me running on the treadmill and spent time showing and explaining each one. I tried on about 8-10 different shoes until finally deciding on the right one. I highly recommend this place to any serious runner or walker needing a great fitting shoe for their body type.

Fleetfeet staff are very knowledgable about running/health, merchandise, and local events/running community. The store is welcoming and offers things for all levels of experience and interests. I was first referred to Off n Running by my orthopedist. I dont think anyone could step into the store and not feel immediately comfortable and right at home!
