malísimo servicio me engañaron con una tabla cobrándome mensualmente sin yo tener la tabla en mi poder dure 4 meses esperando que ek gerente me kitara esa tabla de mi cuenta tuve que volver caa mes porque me llegaba el bill de 300 unos total ladrones sake dos líneas y me cobraron 240 dolare y cuando llamo a sprint online me isieron la otra ´por 75 dólares hay no buelbo mas siempre es un tracuteo a su conveniencia siempre hay un error

The employees here are not very knowledgeable. The female employees are cool but the guys in charge of this place have no idea wht they are tlkn about. I pre ordered the Note 7 and the guy tht works there told me it will come w a promotional memory card. Whn I picked it up it had no memory card and he just sat there looking stupid. Then whn the recall for the Note 7 came in effect I tried to return it there and the manager told me he didnt knw how to do the exchange process..and whn he finds out he will call me back. He never did. I spoke to Sprint on the phone about this place and I learned its not even a real Sprint store!! If you buy something from there your receipt does not say Sprint on it. Stay away from this place !!

Do not go here. I placed an order of the iPhone 7 jet black and was told to come back within weeks. When I went back they never had my phone. Waited for 3 months so I finally called customer service and was told that they never place an order of the iPhone 7 instead they place an order of he iPhone 7 plus. After calling customer service, I called this place to get a confirmation and the women said "I dont know what youre talking about. Whoever told you this is lying" like whats wrong with you people. It customer service you dum hoe. Decided to cancel the order through customer service and place the order again online. This place will keep you waiting and avoid you at all cost.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sprint store. After realizing my cell phone plan was not good for me, the employees at this store helped me in the best possible way. Due to their patience, diligence, and honest service I was able to get a lower payment plan on Sprint, a rebate, and and a free upgrade on my phone. Mr. Sudhir Reddy fought on my behalf and now has a new faithful customer! Why did I think I had to go to a fancy mall in Jersey where they did not get me the best deal?!?! I shouldve come here, to my local Sprint store in the Heights, where down to earth, honest, and fun employees make the visit a pleasant and worthwhile one.

The only reason I gave this place two stars is because of the manager Sudhir originally helping me out greatly. But when I came back wanting to exchange my phone after multiple visits to the store I was lied to and ignored. Very rude staff. With terrible customer service skills. Even as the young lady was ordering my phone she ignored every question I asked her. And did not inform me of anything she was doing with my account. Watch out for this place they are only in it for the sales.

I recently changed my number online at the sprint website. Walked into the store by madison sq park. They had trouble figuring out what to do. Not this store though. These guys got right to work with an inhouse solution that unfortunately did not work. But, then they called sprint and got the issue fixed right away. A+. I can now make and receive calls again using my new number!

THERE IS NO A - CERO TO RATE THIS STORE . IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS STORE, I REPEAT DO NOT ENTER IN THIS STORE, THEY OFFER PROMOTIONS THAT WHEN YOU ALREADY HAS 3 MONTHS YOU CAN REVERSE THE PLAN, THEN IT WHEN YOUR HEADACHE STARTED THEY ARE NOT EVEN AUTHORIZED STORE, THEY TELL THEY ARE BUT THEY ARE NOT MY ADVICE AVOID THE STORE AND HARDTIME.

Terrible customer service. Given wrong information. When I asked for an estimate of product availability, she told me, "Oh, youll be waiting forever." Thanks for the detailed and helpful answer, jackass. Went online, found a helpful store and upgraded my two iPhones there. Sorry you lost out on the approximately $900 sale. No Im not.

If i could give them no stars I would. They have the worst customer service EVER !!!!! from each and every single staff members at this location, they are very unprofessional and should all be retrained or shouldnt work at that sprint store or any other sprint store at all because they dont know what they are doing or talking about.

WOW !!! excellent customer service!!i went to cancel all the lines in my account and spoke to sudhir . He gave me best possible plan and i walked out with an ipad. This is guy is awesome look for him.
