The guys at UBreakIFix have saved me from going crazy and my electronics time and time again! I’m a bit of klutz when it comes to my electronics. So, after my phone back cover cracked, my Chromebook keyboard and I shared a sweet dessert, and my HP laptop hard drive died, I thought my piggy bank was going to commit suicide! Lucky for me, UBreakIFix was there to tell me that it’s not that bad, can be fixed, gave more than reasonable prices, and provided great customer service and a pleasant experience each time! When it comes to my phone, I’m attached at the hip to it! And normally I’m very careful and very good about taking care of my $500 baby. But of course, the one time I didn’t have a case on my phone, I dropped it four times in a one-hour period, and ended up cracking the back cover in several places! My phone is not under warranty and most places would charge an arm and a leg to replace the back cover. After doing some research on the Internet, I found UBreakIFix at a location near me. I walked in, showed them the phone, and got a quote of $60 – which included ordering the needed part and installation. A week later, the phone back cover arrived, and it took about 45 minutes for them to install it! And Voila! I have a “brand-new” phone again! One evening, I was eating some peach preserves that I accidentally wound up knocking onto my mom’s Chromebook keyboard. Sorry Mom! The Chromebook (thankfully!) still worked well, but the keyboard keys where the sweet sauce was spilled, were getting stuck and not typing well. I’d gone to BestBuy and was quoted anywhere between $250-400 dollars to take in the Chromebook, assess the damage, and clean it out (granted the motherboard wasn’t affected). But UBreakIFix charged only $60 to clean underneath the keyboard. This sure helped, but did not resolve the issue completely. UBreakIFix then suggested replacing the keyboard (with installation) for an additional $30. A total of $90! Considering that this model of Chromebook is no longer on the market and it’s only the keyboard that needs replacing, this was a steal deal for us! Finally, a week ago, my HP computer hard drive crashed and died taking with it all my pictures and music that I’d had for the last 10 years! So, when I didn’t back up my data (which ironically, I planned to do the day before my computer died but didn’t get around to), I was upset that I’d lost it all! I’d dealt with HP regarding this computer two years earlier with issues unrelated to the hard drive. So, having had a sad experience with HP people and having pretty good idea what it would look and feel like, I decided to turn again to my newfound savior – UbreakIFix. While it turned out that the hard drive was unsalvageable, lucky for me, they were able to pull off and transfer my data to an external driver! This cost me about $60. Also, I was given the option to order and install a new hard drive for $160. But since I’ve always had issues with my HP from day one, I’d decided it was better to invest in a new computer. The bottom line is, my each experience with the guys at UBreakIFix was pleasant, professional, hassle-free, and best of all, did not dent my savings account! I highly recommend this company and its customer service to anyone who needs a phone, computer, or other favorite electronic saved.

I dont normally write reviews, but this experience with these people prompted me to write one. Professionalism and hygiene were completely absent from this establishment, the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The companys website advertised they specialized in hardware repairs on iPhones, especially ones apple no longer supported. I made an appointment to take my iPhone in for internal hardware diagnostics to see if something inside was wrong and discuss options as to what they could do, or if they couldnt fix it, what I could do to repair it. This did not happen. When I arrived the clerk had no idea I had made an appointment and clearly did not read my comments I had made while making the appointment. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what I wanted one saying "We only do hardware repairs and diagnostics" even though that was what I wanted done. I dont mind that they couldnt do the diagnostic I wanted but it should not say on their website that they will do such diagnostics. Also I made an appointment, and they knew what I was coming for, and had my contact information yet they didnt tell me not to come. This store is very sketchy and lazy. Dont waste your time and money.

I experienced the unfortunate event of having my Google Pixels screen and LCD break while arriving at my hotel in Philly for a work trip. I was in desperate need of either fixing the phone, or wasting money purchasing a new phone. I use my phone on work trips for GPS, meeting notes, alarms, email, and to make various calls. I was in panic mode, and called the store right as they opened the next morning (15 minutes before they open actually). The employee offered to give me step by step directions to arrive at their store. They were able to fix my phone in under an hour, which allowed me to make it to my afternoon meetings. Overall, was 100% satisfied with their customer service, short duration of repair process, quality of the repair, and the entire experience. I would recommend for anyone with phone, or other electronic device issues.

Two months ago, my phone fell out of my pocket into a pile of snow in the middle of a road I was crossing during one of my many walks with the pup. When I returned home, I opened up my Chromebook which pulled up the last page I viewed the day before. It was the locate Android phone page. It was a hectic, but fun weekend. I had assumed my phone was still in my coat pocket, but I clicked on the locate device button and it was failing to return a location. After checking my coat pocket, I ran outside and found the phone not far away. The phone was most likely ran over and took water damage. After putting it in a bag of rice, I brought it to uBreakiFix as the phones support page recommended. The good folks at the store were able to dry and replace the needed parts in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Keep on truckin, cool dudes.

Like a dumbass, I dropped my Note 4 in some water and my phone was water damaged. The device still functioned but the screen was inop. Thanks to my wife (♡) she found this place and we immediately took it there. Met Thomas and he assured me that there would be a way to get it restored. Sean took care of the cleaning and within a day my phone was restored without using new parts. Best part about it, I dont have to go to my phone company and pay more money for a replacement. Thank you guys so much. Both Thomas and Sean are very helpful and professional. Ill be sure to recommend this location and come back if I ever need any help!!
