Walked straight to her at the service counter, took her a solid 20-30 seconds to stop texting and acknowledge me. I gave her my name and she said I was next in line. Half an hour later my name still hadnt been called, and I watched Lisa help two other people who werent even in the store. Approached someone that looked like a manager and he put my name down, then Lisa was my service person....not sure why she couldnt help before. Also not sure why during my down time I bumped the safety locks on two phones and set the store alarm system off but nobody asked if I had been helped. Overall opinion is there are too many people walking around like managers, not enough people actually getting customers help

Very very unhappy about 2 months ago went in traded in my phone, salesman sold me on a motorola turbo 2 and i loved it. He told me it was shock proof and water proof, even told me i didnt need a case or insurance on phone cause motorola covers it 100%.. Well my stupid ass believed him so i went with it.. 2 weeks later would you know it it gets wet in a storm stops working.. Go back to store explain it to them account shows i have always had insurance salesman was there manager says not their problem. Call VZ wireless they said not their problem i am out of luck.. SO i will never go or recommend Butler store to anyone... extremely unhappy thanks VERIZON CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW!!!!

I Have had nothing but bad experiences in this store! We just went threw a fiasco with them over my daughters phone and FREE TABLET! B.S.! Oh then cancel the hookup for THE FREE TABLET and pay 175 BUCKS! WTF! Hey Mr. you just won a FREE 2015 CORVETTE! If you want it pay just 3 grand a month! If you dont want it just pay us 50 thousand bucks! Even after calling and speaking to Verizon 3 times. N.F.G.! I hate this store. Every time you go in there its like going to a used car lot! I going to go to the Wayne store today 11/24/2014. The store has gotten better reviews.i have to replace my year old phone I bet!

Probably the worst experience Ive had when shopping for electronics. When I walked into the store with my father, a sales rep approached us and told us about a bundle with a phone and tablet, both for $180. Then, after purchasing everything, they tell us that they need to raise our monthly bill, its now $30 for the tablet, and we were charged full price for the tablet and phone! What the heck!? Never go to this location. You can get better help online.

Bought an iPhone there about a year ago. I didnt plan od adding the insurance, because I knew that I could do much better buying a separate 3rd party plan. But they didnt ask anyway, so I figured it wasnt an issue. My first bill comes and they have me paying for the insurance. I canceled it and Verizon refunded me, but I think its pretty underhanded to just slip in in there without asking to pad your commission.

Hands down, this store has the most incompetent people Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. They literally screwed up everything they touched on my account, from my address to my name to fully combining the accounts we went to the store to specifically combine. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND WEEKS ON THE PHONE STRAIGHTENING OUT EVERYTHING THEY SCREWED UP.

Worst store ever. Went there to activate my new phones waited over 20 minutes for the rude Verizon employees to tell me they couldnt help me and I had to call to do it over the phone. I will never be going back to the store even if it was the last store around. The employees there are not helpful at all and are extremely rude.

Jay was very professional and helpful when I brought my phone in due to bug problems. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me, diagnosing the problem, and ensuring that everything was fixed before I left. I spent a good amount of time here and the other employees seemed to run an efficient and professional operation.

The store in Butler is hands down the best. The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And if that wasnt enough i have 1 word for you, William. He is phenomenal, whenever i need to add a phone or tablet to my account, or just general questions he is the man. I hope they keep up the good work.

Oh my God, technical support guy took my Droid X2 to activate with old files from other Droid X2. It took 1 hour and 30min and I realized the guy deleted all my music and picture files. It is unbelievable. This Verizon Wireless Butler store, be careful! I was so shocked. I wont go there again.

Ive visited this Verizon location many times and I cant remember a time I walked out satisfied. I spent over two hours here working a representative because he and another rep there were giving me inconsistent information. It might be worth your time visiting a different store.

The sales representative Sean is professional and helped us with our Samsung galaxy S5 upgrade for my girlfriends line. He went above and beyond by placing the screen protector and moving the contacts over. Best service in the area hands down.

I drove all the way to this location purely to do business with a sales person I have been following from other VZW locations for a few years. JB is a great asset to Verizon. The Butler location was easy get to. Its a very nice store.

the employees there must have been picked last because they are horrible , same with the guy who claims to be the manager and found out later he is not. There are too many stores to have to suffer with the Butler one. Keep driving!!
