Where do I begin. We went in to activate a new phone my wife bought. Should be pretty basic. Well when we did a test call to my phone, her dads number came up. The guy pretended like everything was fine and started speaking Spanish to the other worker. They finally get her phone to work and then proceed to tell us that her Dad phone is deactivated. Then he said wed have to get another sim card to him. He lives 1hr + and we had no idea where he was since his phone wasnt working. My wifes sick, its nighttime, and the roads have a sheet of ice on them. After repeatedly saying this was unacceptable the manager finally called a higher service to reactivate his sim in his phone and could take 4 hours!?!?! Unbelievable. Im so glad I have Verizon.

Worst experience I have had at any store I have ever been to. I was told the wait was 20-30 minutes which was fine, I understood I was a walk in on a Saturday. My name was on a list to be helped next, all of the sudden other names were showing up on the list of people who came in long after me. They begin to take the people who came in long after me when I tell them I was there first and my name was being pushed back on the list. Now I have been there a hour and no one apologized for the terrible service. Looking for a new provider because of this store. I am only putting one star because it wont let me leave zero.

If I had the option, I would have given zero stars for this store. I purchased an iphone 7 at this store and it was defective right out of the box. The camera lens was defective. My friend and I could see the defect but the store associate, refused to accept the defect and decided to charge me a restocking fee. This is a high profile rip off in broad daylight. If you wish to save yourself the hassle of such inconvenience, I would not recommend a purchase from this store.

Turned in my Samsung 5 phone and was told they couldnt give me cash for it. They said I would get a credit on my bill. Two billing cycles later and still no refund. That is theft. Very poor customer service too, since I cannot call the store direct, I had to drive back there to find out what they did with my phone buy back.

This store has proven to me that customer service is officially dead. Not only was the service bad, but the rep was rude and condescending. He brought me the wrong phone, then got bitchey when I asked for the correct one. He began to argue with me, and when I finally gave up and walked out, he laughed out loud. Unbelievable.

Very bad customer service from att store executive . He doesnt even bother to explain the plans or anything regarding the phone . The store was executive was very rude and wouldnt seem interested in explaining the upgrade plans . I wouldnt recommend the store to anyone

I came in with a problem regarding my current phone, and though it took a while to figure out (I consider myself rather techy, and I was dumbfounded), they were very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Id go back again if I ever need to.

Call the store to find out if they have a cell phone battery in stock. Got a main AT&T line and after several minutes of pressing different numbers could get to the store rep. Its ridiculous. Tell me how do you want to earn my business?

I wanted to port a number from a non contract phone to AT&T go phone. This can only be done at a store. Rafael and Enirque were really awesome and provided excellent service.
