I went to this location today to do a return and felt so uncomfortable once my return was complete that I do not think I will ever visit nor purchase anything from this location ever again. First of all, when I went to the service desk there was NO employee in sight so I walked around until I saw someone with a scanner who looked like she might work there. I had to asssume considering she didnt even have a name tag on. I later found out on the receipt return that her name is Gabriella. So I said politely, "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?" She looked at me blankly saying nothing. So again, I said politely, "could I ask you a question, you are not saying anything or responding to me so.."still just stared and a made a nodding gesture. So I then asked my question of whether I could return an item without the receipt and one of the tags were missing but I did have the credit card I purchased it with. All she said was "let me see the item" So I showed her, and she asked me if I had the tag. I said no. Its as if she wasnt even listening to what I said. She then walked away without telling me what was going on and came back a few minutes later with a coworker who stood in front of me, no "How are you?" Nothing. Just like Gabriella. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and never have I experienced such non friendly and rude behavior. I felt like I was being judged because I was not dressed up and because Im in my early 20s. An older woman who was behind me was treated with a more welcoming tone. I planned to shop after my return but Gabriella completely made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store.

I shop at Lord & Taylor all of the time. Love their sales. I went tonight to get some sweaters and found about 10 that I wanted to buy. I got to the register and found out I forgot my phone which had the discount code on it. They wouldnt let me get the discount and the person who was helping me was trying to help me and asked if I had a Lord and Taylor card a black one, well no, I have a white one. So I was upset that I couldnt get the discount because I had left my phone at home, when I asked the person if there was anyway, a manager came up behind her and said NO she could lose her job if she gave it to me...so instead they lost my business! So long Lord & Taylor , hope you hit your numbers tonight, I was the only customer in sight and was buying from that dept. then heading to shoes, purse and jewelry and you sent me out the door empty handed over a rule...a bad one at that!

Why are the fitting rooms locked I wondered? I asked: "I would like to try this on, where can I find a fitting room?" The answer I got was: "I am busy I will be with you when I am done here!" I asked a customer and she never came to help. I ask: "This sweater has a snag do you have another one in this size?" The answer: "This is not my department, go over there they can help you" I did not find anyone over there. My last question was: "Could you tell me where the restrooms are?" I was send outside the Store into the mall down the hall. 3 sales clerks where to busy to help a customer on a Tuesday morning? I will not go shopping there again!

Purchased Chanel Chance Parfum for wife using their 10% off deal . I think their turnover is very low and they probably have stuff stored for long time. Within a few months the parfum is smelling bad like expired. Probably an old batch sitting in the store waiting for some unlucky customer. She has been using this Parfum for years and never had this problem with Macys.

The managers are beyond rude Kendra, Olga especially!! They take their personal problems out on customers and employees. I think this store may need a younger mindset if management is this frazzled by retail!!!

I spent about 10 minutes looking for a working cash register. All the cash registers are now at a central location so its my expectation that there will be at least one sales associate present at all times.
