Katias Kloset certainly has alot of baby items in her store, and the owner does a great job of marketing items via facebook. KK appears to do a great job of getting new customers in, but does a terrible job of keeping the customer happy. You know the old saying...bite me once, shame on you; bite me twice, shame on me. Well, Ive been bitten at least three times with very poor customer service from this business. 1. The owner scheduled a coupon class to be held her business for customers. The owner cancelled the class less than two hours before the advertised class. I was very excited about this and had invited a number of friends to attend with me. 2. My husband and I purchased a very unique bassinet from KK as a shower gift to my daughter and her husband. The owner was aware that we were giving this to them as a gift, but she e-mailed me a week later and asked if I would bring it back when "we" were done because she already had a waiting list for it. I know, that one may be petty, but it was annoying and showed how desperate she is to make money. 3. My grandaughter is now one month old (I love it!!!). My daughter and her husband stopped by the house and said they have an appoint and would I mind taking the baby to KK this afternoon. Katia had advertised that a photographer would be in her studio taking pictures but customers had to be in the store no later than 3:30 p.m. I arrived with my g-baby by 3:10 p.m. there were two others waiting ahead of me. The customers waiting stated they had already been waiting for atleast 45 minutes. At 4:00 p.m. the photographer came out and said, "Im sorry but I have to leave. The owner told me I only had to stay until 3:00 but she is advertising until 4:00 on Facebook. But I have to go. Sorry." The customers left standing were very frustrated. So here are three isolated instances with poor customer service that I personally experienced. Whats not so isolated is the less than friendly attitude of the owner. I personally will not shop at Katias Kloset again.

I have been going to Katias as well as a cosigner for over two years now. I have never felt that the owner or any of her employees were rude or condescending. I am aware that she is picky, but I dont believe it is at a ridiculous level. What may be viewed as her standards are too high, might come down to knowing what her customers are willing to buy or how many she might already have and what will sit on shelves and not move. It is for that overcrowded reason that I stopped shopping for any clothing at Once Upon a Child - too overwhelming.I have brought entire bins of clothing up there and she might have taken out one or two things and given the rest back to me, but Ive never been offended by it. I either pass them along to someone else who might need them in my friends/family or donate them to goodwill. If you feel her refusal to accept particular items is disrespectful, you should probably reflect on the real reason youre upset for her not accepting the items. This is her business, and yes, her decisions and opinions. She has the right to refuse any and everything that walks through the door including service people who get offended over something that is purely business. No one is forced to shop or consign there, its is a privilege that she offers instead of solely purchasing items.

I was referred to sell my gently used items here by a friend. I walked in, did not get greeted, I just stood there while an employee folded clothes & glanced at me every few minutes while the woman at the register talked to a customer. After the customer existed the store, the woman at the register did not say hello, but instead saw that I had a car seat & a bag in my hand & proceeded to tell me that they do not take "those things" to try once upon a child in Morrow. And the sign outside clearly states that. . thankkssssss & then walked away. Not giving me the chance to speak or even shop . Well online it says they take gently used name brand items & I had a bag of Calvin Klein baby clothes some with tags still Also, I called before I came so I didnt have to drive 35 minutes with my screaming baby in the car but they didnt answer & their voicemail says not to leave a voicemail cause they dont check it.... Real professional .... I will NEVER give them my business. These snooty blonde women are clearly too good for me & my stuff. Good luck if you ever decide to step foot in their store. You will quickly see what I mean.

I have consigned with them for over 2 years now.... We bought Jadon an Air Hockey set for Christmas from there, and I asked if all the pieces were there. The lady assured me that it was brand new that the box had never been opened. He opened it Christmas morning and one of the sides was completely broken... However we assumed it still worked. We put batteries in it and NOTHING. Went and bought new batteries thinking we had default batteries and still nothing. Called Katias up today and told them the situation, and her was response was "sorry all sales are final". At least give me store credit so I could purchase him another toy. We give all our toys, clothing, shoes etc. to them. I have dealt with rude employees there before and just let it go. I will be taking my business elsewhere and not consigning another item at their store or buying anything else from there! Not only are employees rude but the owner is a complete snob!

I will not be going back here. I walked in and the young woman at the counter couldnt even be bothered to look up from her phone to say hello to me. It took at least 3 minutes for her to finally acknowledge that I was even in the store. I finally found the section that I needed on my own but the service, or rather the lack thereof, kept me from even wanting to buy anything. Such a shame. There was a young man there as well and Im not sure what his role was but he was just sitting there on the computer doing whatever. Yep. Zero customer service. Yall enjoy those electronics now because I sure wont be back to bother yall.

Im not sure why there was even 1 negative review about this store. I have bought numerous items from this place and had great service every time I went in! Im not a queen and wouldnt have expected someone to notice me automatically and be catered to hand and foot. Simply asking for help would have saved you from having such a bad experienced since you obviously lack the knowledge of what true customer service is. But I would and HAVE recommended you guys to multiple people and will actually be coming to buy things today. Your prices are amazing and you item qualitys are close to perfect. Keep up the great work!

Katias has always been a wonderful place to shop. Even when the store is busy, the employees know exactly how to handle and keep everything organized. Even being in there I hear people talk about how pretty and organized the store is. As for the owner and employees, they are nothing but solid workers who I can tell work hard to make the store as wonderfull as possible. Katias wouldnt be there for 6 Years on bad customer service. And this place gives nothing but amazing service.
