I cant even give these crooks ONE star. I only gave them one because its required here. STAY AWAY. As others have suggested in this forum, dont fall for the convenience of the location of this place. Take the time and go the distance to go to a REAL Apple store. I wish I had... I dropped my Macbook off on October 22nd. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Ryan on October 23rd. Ryan stated that there were a couple of issues with my Macbook thatd cost quite a bit to repair at their shop but he said they could ship my Macbook to Apple and for a flat fee of $575 theyd fix anything that was wrong with it. I agreed to that. Ryan assured me that my Macbook would be shipped out to Apple on October 24th. I received a call from this store on October 27th when a young woman told me I needed to go back into the shop to let them know what I wanted done with my Macbook because there were a couple of issues with it. I explained to her that my Macbook was supposed to have been sent to Apple on October 24th and told her about my conversation with Ryan. She said there was no record of that conversation and that my Macbook was still sitting there. I told her to go ahead and send it to Apple for the $575 flat rate repair. She assured me itd go out on the 25th and would possibly be back on the 27th. I hadnt heard anything by the 28th so I called the store. Good ole Ryan answered. After putting me on hold to look up the status he told me that Apple found more issues with my Macbook so they "bumped it up to a Tier 2". I asked what that meant because it was the first Id heard of "tiers". He explained that a Tier 2 means Apple found more serious issues and the "flat rate" for Tier 2 repairs is over $700. I told him he quoted me a flat rate of $575 for ALL repairs and he argued that he explained the different tiers to me. I assured him that he DID NOT. He clearly told me that for $575 Apple would fix anything wrong with my Macbook. SO, he told me my options are to pay over $700 for the "tier 2" repairs or have him send my unrepaired Macbook back to the store. I gladly told him to send my unrepaired Macbook back to the store. Whos to say that Apple wouldnt fine "more issues" while they still have it them bump me up another tier? Im done with these lying thieves. I will gladly pick up my unrepaired if/when the store calls to tell me its in... I hope others can learn from my mistake of stepping foot in the door of this place.

When I bought my new Mac a year and a half ago, I paid for an "upgrade" that would transfer all my documents, etc. from my old computer to my new. I did this because I am not good with computers. However, when I got my computer home, I found out only half of my information was transferred. They did not let me know this in the store. When I called to ask what happened, they said that it was impossible to transfer the information. I manually transferred the rest of the information (calendar, photos, documents) and then called them to let them know I felt like Id been lied to (first when they gave me the computer with the job half done and then when they told me they couldnt do anything). They told me that they were sorry, but I was welcome to bring my computer back to them, and they could make sure everything was transferred. Precious little apology, no offer to refund part of my money. Fast forward to this year, I had a problem with my RAM (short-term memory). When I took it into the Apple Store to have them fix it under the AppleCare coverage I purchased, I was informed that I had non-Apple RAM, so I would have to fix it myself, as it was not covered under the warranty. My Simply Mac "upgrade" had included higher-gigabyte RAM. I had no idea when I purchased an upgrade from Simply Mac that it would put me outside the AppleCare coverage. The "upgrade" replaced my Apple RAM with a poorer brand RAM that has given out after one-year. Meanwhile, Simply Mac keeps the better Apple RAM and (probably) resells it! I do not know much about computers, which is why I trusted Simply Mac to help me. Instead, I have had to educate myself on and purchase my own RAM since their "upgrade" only helped them to a bigger piece of the pie. Their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired when a problem comes down the line, and it seems like a poor management structure that wouldnt inform someone that they couldnt transfer memory before they returned a computer. I will never use Simply Mac again. Drive to the Apple Store in Atlanta, it is well worth your time in the long run.

The worst service I have ever experienced including all parts of the world.. They will lie to you and say just anything to keep your PC week after week.. Very rude to customers, will tell you one price then quote you another "HIGHER" price after the first quote..I was told that my computer was mailed a week ago by "Ryan", then I get a phone call from a girl saying that I need to come in the store and let her know what I want done to my pc.... How stupid,,, then called back a week later,, the price then went up 300.00 above what they quoted me. We should contact the "DA" office to have them checked out. They are running a unprofessional business and does not have a set price for anything. Do not use these people , RUN, do not give them the opportunity to keep your money for nothing.. Run folks,, drive that extra mile to have professional service.. CAll the cops if need be, only to escort you without any problems, if they get enough action, they will stop...

2 Stars because the repair was successful. It took a week. Even that wouldnt have been too bad, but there was no communication from them between "Weve determined that there is a video issue" and "Its finished!". Calling them and using the automated answering system to try and reach the service department connects you to a full voicemail box! In order to talk to an actual person you have to select "Sales". At this point I was told sequentially: 1. (3 business days after giving them the computer) It will be ready tomorrow. 2. (2 business days later) Its next in our queue. It will be ready today. 3. (the following business day) The part just came in this morning and were about to start working on it. To me, some or all of these came across as blatant lies, and I will take my business elsewhere if I happen to have need of similar services again. On the plus side, the warranty covered everything.

Dont waste your time or your money with this PTC store I would not give any stars but had to give one to post this review I read the reviews before I went to this store thinking it wont happen to me WRONG I experience the same results the worst customer service They took my money and did nothing to resolve my problem with my iPhone and its actually worse now on top of that the phone is under warranty but they still charged me I ask for refund and they refused only offer to send my phone to Apple which would take 5 days cause they didnt have the experts to resolve the issue If Apple only knew how bad this store represents their products and with the worst customer service ever I would think Apple would pull the product out Drive to the Apple Store in Atlanta Do not go to this store unless you have time and money to waste
