The sales associates are pleasant enough, and knowledgeable, but I will never buy from this store again. This is the second time this nonsense happens when buying an appliance. I go to the store, the sales associate helps me pick out the right microwave. I check out, he suckers me into buying the warranty, tells me someone will contact me for an installation date, and I walk out happy. I tell him it needs to be for a Saturday, and he reassures me that someone will contact me to sort it out. Two days later, and no one has called me to confirm a date. So, I call the 1-800 number. I get some lady from Asia who I can barely understand, who informs me that the installation is set for the following day at 8:45 AM, around 15 minutes past the time I am due to clock in at work. I inform the lady that I wont be home, and that I need it set for Saturday. She tells me someone will contact me to set up an appointment for Saturday, and that she went ahead and cancelled the appointment for installation the day after. Unsatisfied with that response, as it was the same response I received when I purchased the appliance, I decided to call the actual store where I bought it. The manager was helpful, and after hearing a mouthful from me about how unprofessional they were being, contacted the delivery and installation company directly. Minutes later, he told me he took care of everything, that the third-party company in question would call me Friday afternoon before 5:00 PM to give me a time. Happy once again, I took him at his word. He provided me with their phone number just in case. They are a happy little company called Elite Install Solutions based in Fort Lauderdale. Fast-forward to today, its 4:30 and no one has called. So, I took the initiative and called them. Some belligerent lady answered the phone, was very short, and very rude, asked for my information, and later informed me that someone would call me between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM to confirm with me. This sounded odd, but OK, weirder things have happened. So, its 8:30, and no one has called me. So, I call them again. Apparently their office hours are from 9-5 Monday through Friday. This means they are A) Not going to show up or B) Intending to waste my valuable time with all the errands I have to run, and make me wait the entire day, because there is no way to reach them, as their location is closed on weekends. I called the 1-800 number once again, to no avail. They do not have a time for me either, and cannot communicate with the third-party company. This is unprofessional; I am astounded that they do not keep track of when installations are going to be done for customers. This is not customer service, and I refuse to be treated like this. I intend to return the microwave tomorrow, whether or not they show up, and this is the last, and I do mean, THE LAST time I am buying ANYTHING from Sears, while they still do business with this installation company. This has been a harrowing experience.

Al llegar a cancelar en caja me recibió una mujer de nombre Angelique la cual me trato de forma grosera me arrebató el dinero de mala gana de la mano y por supuesto por la grosería no anotaba bien los datos y me hablaba en tono alto.... Me parece de muy mal gusto cada vez que vengo de vacaciones a comprar exclusivamente aquí para que venga alguien a tratarme muy mal

To be honest this sears is horrible but the ONLY reason I like this place is because Ana the lady that works in appliances is so incredible. Her customer service is exceptional. We went to the store because we wanted to buy the laundry washer and dryer and she was pleasant but she was also very detailed about everything. She informed us about the different laundry brands and she was patient. I decided to take my time to write this review because we need more people like her when it comes to buying something that the client really needs and what is best for the client, she was not pushy and overall she was great.

We have purchased appliance for 3 kitchens (our and both our children) over the last 6 years. Without exception, all of them have had issues. We purchased Kenmore for the brand image of quality. Apparently it has now disappeared. Their service was historically pretty good, if you dont have a service contract. We bought one and that was a big mistake, it seems to put you lower on the list for available appointments. Very disappointed with Sears as a family and I am sure as we grow and move we will not be buying anything more from them.

Very disappointed with Sears. We just bought a brand new GE Refrigerator. The refrigerator is having major issues and leaking all over my kitchen. They have came twice and have not been able to fix it. Yesterday, we went to the store and were treated extremely rude. The manager said they could not exchange because it has been a little over a month. The refrigerator was nearly $2,000. This is unexceptable. I will never buy anything from Sears again.

I called the advertised number and got the auto center. The auto center fellow offered to transfer me to hardware. I got appliances. They offered to transfer me over, but I got womans wear. They offered to transfer me over and I finally got hardware. The woman could speak very little english. She didnt understand what I wanted and put me on hold. 17 minutes later, the phone went dead. I never did get hardware.

I placed an order because i could pick them up and install today at 12:00, order was cancelled with any notice and i spent my whole day waiting for them. I needed the tires because i dont live in Miami, and i needed to travel by car. They waisted my time and my patient. I dont recommend Sears.

If you want to be ripped off, this is the store you want to go to. I bought a mattress and they charge me for parts that where not included. Way to go Sears! then you wonder why your floor is empty without customers. You can do a Halloween party with the spookiness in this store.

They are not professional. They told me to come after 1 hour and half for an oil change service.and they didnt do nothing. I had to wait 2 more hours for the worst service. They work really slow,bad and no professional people working. Dont come to this place please..

God forbid someone actually answers the phone and when they do not a lick of English is spoken.. I kept trying to get in tough with the small appliance department and someone kept hanging up the call.. Well guess who will be writing a formal complaint to corporate...

Never buying from Sears AGAIN! NO returns or exchanges after 30 days EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT??? What kind of return policy is that???? Im truly disappointed with you, Sears. Believe me, NEVER again will you see my face. You lost a good customer here.

This Sear has been here for a long while. It is pretty large with a good selection. The online order pickup needs to be streamlined a bit, but other than that its OK.
