Horrible Horrible Horrible. Do Not EVER take your vehicle here. Wanna hear my story? Ok. Here we go. Starts on Dec 10 2015, My 2011 Dodge 3/4 Ton Diesel with 50k miles has a "small" oil leak. I call christopher dodge and they are 2 weeks out so I call Summit Vista and they say get it here right away. So I take it there thinking this should be quick. 10 days later I get my truck back with a way worse oil leak than it EVER had before I dropped it off. I call back within 12 hours and guess what. These retards put me back at the end of the wait list to get my truck back in. So 5 days later because there is a weekend here I bring it back. They tell me its the same problem and they never fixed it correctly I guess. So here goes my truck back to the shop. They tell me its something else now. So they never fixed the original problem I guess. Test and test and this and that they think they know what wrong now..SO Bobby finnally calls and tells my my truck is done on Jan 19, But remember I have a job. So its now Jan 23rd, a saturday (because yes I have a job during the week) and RYAN is struggling to find my keys. NO Keys!! SO I ask to see the Key box that has been taken off the wall and hidden under a desk and RYAN wont let me look in the box. He tells me someone left for the weekend with my keys. Oh really RYAN!! You dumb @ss. Let me look in the box to see if I see my key. Ryan says no. SO he sends me away with no truck and I have to call for a ride home now. (my keys were there. Some one tore off the little number that matches the truck) So now its Thursday January 28th and I get off work early. I finally get my truck back after almost 2 months and guess what. The check engine light is on. The check engine light has never been on in this truck since ive owned it!! These are the most incompetent people on Earth! I would not let them change a light bulb! Horrible Horrible Horrible. I believe they ruined a $43,000 Truck. I wont drive it. I think they did more damage than good and this truck is done. I went and bought a new truck from Christopher Dodge. And Summit Vista!! I hope this honest truthful review costs you THOUSANDS of dollars because you have cost me thousands of dollars not having a work truck and making 2 truck payments while it sat at your shop. These people are ruining cars and trucks and charging dodge for it. The franchise should be revoked. Do not buy or service your car or truck here. You will regret it!!! I promise!! Dont say I didnt tell you so!!!

While traveling through the Dillion area in early August 2015, my engine light came on and I was looking for someone to plug in their computer and see what the error was. The Silverthorne chamber gave me Vista as a local dealer. When I got there, the service person I talked to told me they were very busy and could not help me until August 31 (the date I was there was the 3rd). That was 4 weeks away. When I looked around their service department, all I saw was one vehicle in and nobody working on anything which led me to believe they werent THAT busy. A simple plug in and code check would have taken 10 or 15 minutes. Vista was not willing to give me that even though I was willing to pay. They simply didnt care I was having car problems. I think their attitude is disgusting and I feel for anyone having to do business with them. I went back to the chamber and they advised me to use the independent right next door to Vista which I did. They were kind, concerned, and willing to squeeze me into their schedule. They found the problem, reset my car computer and only charged me $65 for the service. I was on my way in about 45 minutes. Vista could have done the same, but were too BUSY. Im also going to report Vista to Chrysler as Ive read other "service" reviews about them and find it hard to believe they are actually in business at all. They should have their Chrysler license pulled in my opinion. Their customer service is the WORST! I can clearly see that their focus is on sales, not service just by reading the reviews. Great reviews for sales, and poor for service. Thanks for nothing Vista.

AVOID taking your Jeep (or really any vehicle) here for repairs. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with! The service technician, Josh, will not call you back for weeks at a time, and the General Manager, Samantha, will make you feel at fault for the staffs poor customer service. Vista had my Jeep for over three months for a partial repair, with little-to-no communication except that parts were on back order. The service tech also represented that all the repair costs were covered under a Jeep parts and service warranty...all the way up until I arrived from Denver to pick up my Jeep, when I was handed a large bill!! The GM explained the warranty was suddenly not approved and attempted to bully me into paying or otherwise wouldnt release my Jeep. I had not once received an estimate, nor ever given repair approval for anything other than warranty work. To make matters worse, when I finally did get my Jeep back to take home, it wouldnt accelerate past 35 mph on the freeway! Ends up they didnt fix everything... and just decided not to mention that my exhaust was still severely damaged as I drove off the lot toward the freeway back to Denver. My experience dealing with Vista has been an unbelievable horrible ordeal! To top it off, the last thing Vista told me was that my 1999 Jeep with 58,000 "has outlived its life expectancy" so I shouldnt even complain!! AVOID this place if you can!

Just a terrible ongoing experience with these people. Vista Jeep has awful service and follow up. I tried so hard to work with these people. Its not just one person at Vista Jeep, its the culture. Do not take your vehicle here for warranty work or service work. In addition, there isnt a reason to believe the rest of the dealership is any better. I have talked to others that have had the same experience (I wish I knew this before I took my vehicle there). They will not follow up with you and when you finally get a hold of them they give you the runaround. My vehicle was not taken care of the correct way and they pretend they are still working on figuring something out (its been months now). They do not return phone calls and rarely emails. I had to keep calling them in order to get information and what they gave me was incorrect and or misleading. I had to call Chrysler CUSTOMER SERVICE direct to get information on what was going on. Chrysler called Vista and then Chrysler called me back with what was going on. Chrysler gave me the information right away which is when I found out that Vista Jeep flat out lied to me. This is a very bad dealership to work with. BUYER BEWARE. From management to the entry level employee (in service) absolutely the worst. Dont risk it. Drive a bit and take your vehicle to a reputable dealership. If this review helps one person, then it was worth it.
