I have always bought my phone accessories from Verizon and found that when ever there is an issue, Verizon will generally swap out the accessory without any questions. This is not the case at this store, I had the pleasure to work with Brian. I took in a Verizon iphone5 car charger and stated that its not charging the phone, I get an error on the iphone that this is not a registered charging device and i would like it replaced. Brian asked six times, almost consecutively where i bought the charger at and when. I stated his store and about three months ago. So brian went on his mary way with my charger and went into the back to test the device. He came back and told me that they had a 12v plug in the back and he was able to replicate the reported issue. He thought that the issue is caused by some defect on the charging tip that was pretty obvoius. Great i thought, now we can get the charger replaced. Well Brian was not satisfied with all the great troubleshooting that he had performed so far. So the next logical step was to get a brand new car charger off of the shelf and tell me that he is going to go into the back and do the same testing he just performed on this brand new charger. Ok, this is getting more interesting and i was beyond hopeing that he would wrap this up at some point. Brian came back and stated that the new charger seemed to resolve the issue. I said great and thanked him for all of his effort and the fact that its great to be able to count on verizon to swap out defective devices without any issues. Ha. Brian told me that i would have to purchase the new car charger and go through my company to warranty out the failed car charger. Really. Why could i have not been told about the need to warranty the part in the beginning? Why did Brain complete a extensive 45 minutes of troubleshooting a defective car charger? Why would i buy a brand new Verizon iphone5 car charger when the last one only worked for about three months? The manager was not any help and i learned my lesson, Go to an Apple store and get a quality car charger. If there ever is any issue, they wont waste your time and will swap it out on the spot.

I contacted the store NUMEROUS times to talk to a representative and they NEVER answered the phone. After at least 7 times of waiting on hold, it was apparent that nobody cares at this store.I got a hold of customer service and they transferred me to the store. Once I got a hold of someone, I talked to Michelle. Michelle was so rude. I asked why they do no answer their phone in the store for customers calling and she said they had been busy, but did not apologize. I asked why they didnt pick up the phone and ask me to hold. After this, she talked over me and said she needed to know my problem. I told her my first problem was how rudely I was being treated. She put me on hold to get her manager and then came back and said he wasnt available. I told her fine, that she could just open my account and help me with my current issue and she told me "no, not until you apologize to me." I said absolutely not and I didnt want to even talk to her if she was going to treat me so rudely. She placed me on hold and came back and said that "nobody else wanted to talk to me because I how I talked to her." Do not recommend you waste your time with terrible customer service. I will not be staying with Verizon, Michelle gave the worst customer service ever. She also refused to give me her badge number to identify her.

I live in Denver now and I had been having trouble upgrading my cell phone. I went to two different Verizon stores in the Denver Metro area and both times I was told to go online and try to figure out it out myself. I was with my mom and we decided to stop by the Verizon in Greeley hoping they could help us. I have to say I was absolutely astounded by the service we received. Alicia is the person who helped us and she went above and beyond. I will save you the long details of the what was going wrong with our account because the bottom line is that Alicia is awesome. She took customer service to an entirely different level. She treated us as though we had just walked in a St. Regis and the big thing is, she didnt have to. Our account issue was something technical and she very well could have told us she didnt know, and to go online and figure it out. Instead she spent over an hour with us trying to fix the problem. She even called me two days later to insure everything was cleared up and to make sure my phone had been ordered. Thank you Alicia you are a true ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!

This store needs an ethics check. Went in with my only phone within the manufactures warranty with a dead touch screen. After a quick check, they determined my phone was fried. When I told them this was my only phone, they told me they did not offer loaner phones while a replacement was shipped to me. After expressing my need to have a phone with an upcoming phone purchase, they told me they could provide me an iPhone (non-4G) as a loaner to my Droid Mini (4G) until the new phone could arrive. When I asked Manager Adam about why all of a sudden they would offer a loaner, I was told that they only offer it to Police and Fire Fighters. So the takeaway from this is that Verizon discriminates on what they offer based upon your job title. If you need a loaner, just tell them you are a firefighter and they will hook you up. Since I do not want to create an iTunes account and learn a new phone OS, I am now shopping for different carriers.

Worst customer service I have ever received from a Verizon store. The employees do not know the policies and written agreements customers are held to and try to swindle every last dollar out of you. They try to upsell you and they will not let you know the consequences of what you are getting yourself into. They also have no idea about 2 year contracts and the "fine print", all they try to do is try to get you to sign up for the Edge program and refuse to work with you if you dont want it. The manager Jason is very disrespectful and used highly derogatory language. I drove to Loveland and and they helped me with the issue without any problem. Why couldnt this store help me the way Lovelands did but above all why is it ok for a manager of a store to treat a customer the way I was treated at the Greeley Verizon? I also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to help me.

Terrible. I went in, because I had cracked my screen. I have insurance on my phone which states that I am to pay a $79 fee for a screen repair. I was unable to do this through the Asurion website, and went into the store. When I went in I advised the rep of my situation, he told me to go home and file a claim through Asurion, I advised him that I had already done that and all I could do through the site was have my phone replaced for $200. He told me that this was my only option and to go home and file a claim. I advised that according to my insurance plan a screen repair is $79 if he could just help me with that. The rep said that they dont deal with apple phones, they just sell them, my insurance doesnt matter and to leave the store again. This is not customer service, and his information was incorrect. All he wanted was for me to leave the store.
