I bought my phones here. Those guys were awesome!! with one exception we asked if the Ins was included in price and would be on our phones well after the first bill I got to looking and no INS at all :( they also did not give us the site to get phone old phones taken care of their huge AD. Which brings to why i hate this store. We got our last bill so i go back in the store (for note a different guy) and ask how to take care of it since there supposed to take care of the cancellation fees i took my bill expecting help since its all over the tv there ads everywhere. I tell the guy what i was there for at first he just stares at me then he goes umm i cant help you with you can call the 800 number and they can track it for you. then goes it will take six weeks after he just said he didnt know anything about it lol so i said alright i would call them. i then asked if he knew why we could not get the rebate site to work aging he just stared at me so I said it would be best to call them right? he goes yeah so i did that and the lady I talked to tells all the info I need a correct site. I told her i went in to a store to try to do this she then tells me the guy should of been able to copy my bill which he didnt want to even look at and give the site so unless your buying phones i would stay clear of this place. I had to call the 800 for a different reason as another store couldnt help me told me false info. i told the lady this and that i was not happy she said" she was sorry about that but she does hear that people in the stores do not know any thing but are just worried about themselves and there top thing is to sale" looks like to me we as customers pay a lot each month looks like they would get people that would want do every thing. maybe i am crazy thing this i guess i am they want to pay as less as they can to make as much as they can. hope this helps some one i know its long but i put every thing in it.

I have always had good experiences at this store. I will go out of my way to make sure I go to this T Mobile store. But yesterday I went in because my phone malfunctioned after a forced update. I did nothing to make my phone mess up and by the end of my TWO HOUR trip to the store I walked out of there with a new phone that costs me twice as much to pay for it, a month. While I was being helped, it was clear that I needed a case and screen protector. I continually told the salesman that I get my cases online because theyre a lot cheaper and a lot cuter. He kept trying to convince me to get their case and screen protector, which I understand why but really?!. I had told him i purchased a new case, for my now broken phone, the week before. In the past Ive been given discounts or even a case for free when something happens that isnt my fault. My account is over 15 years old. Youd think theyd take care of a customer like that, instead of convincing them to walk out of there with a case and ONE screen protector that costs $70 when the same stuff would cost $10 online. I have had my phone/case/screen protector for less than 7 hours and I already hate it. Ill be returning the case today. Clearly cant return a screen protector. And cant be without my phone. I have medical emergencies and no land line and doctors appointments so frequently, I need a calendar to remind me constantly. I am so disappointed with this experience. I used to get good service from Rafael but he hasnt been there in almost two years. Ive been lied to. Been made to think Im being presented with all of my options, when Im not. My boyfriend who used to be a manager at Sprint told me I could have tried so many other things to fix it. But I couldnt reach him.... because my phone was messed up... yeah. A customer should never walk out of the store feeling ripped off. I even had to transfer all of my files myself. Total BS.

Jesus Perez gave us EXCELLENT service. I had been to another store to trade my watch up, and when they encountered a computer error, said their system was down and try again later. I was determined so called this store several hours later. They said they could help. Jesus encountered the same error but instead decided to find out why and called customer service. It turned out ultimately someone input a number wrong somewhere. The situation got resolved and I got my watch! Jesus provided superior customer service, and I am so happy I went to this store.

This place is the absolute worst. They lied to me when I added a phone to my service. They told me the phone was free but it wasnt. When I went back with questions about my bill, they were ridiculously rude and actually told me that the calendar had nothing to do with my billing cycle and that they had no way of knowing what my monthly costs would be. I was promised that the phone would only add twenty five dollars to my existing bill and found that it, in fact, cost fifty more. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR A PHONE! Worst customer service ever!

NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER !!!!!!! I went to this location to see if i qualified for new service. I did, but i decided to hold off till i got paid. A few weeks later i find out They opened up two lines with out my knowledge or consent and now Im dealing with collections for the false account opened by this store. Im not sure what the next step is going to be in figuring out how to fix all this but save your self from this headache of a situation and dont even do business with this location!!!

Customer service was great here. Guys took their time with the customers and answered all of my many questions. Picked up a new phone myself and watched as the rep helped another customer get a replacement phone rather than convincing him to get a brand new one. They have bilingual speakers here and I think theyve really turned the place around from prior reviews.

Kelly at the Edgewater store was super awesome yesterday when I went in to replace my very dead dead dead iPhone. Super informative, nice, and made the experience fun and relaxed. I usually dread walking into cell phone stores because its like walking into a used car sales lot. Thanks for making it wasnt that this time around, Kelly!

Received the best customer service when I went In a couple weeks ago to have one of the phones I have on my plan looked at, walked out not only with an up grade of phone for that line but also two additional lines....thanks to Jerry hes one of the best!!!

These guys continually lie and mislead regarding their prices. Their terrible customer service is second only to T-Molbiles silly coverage. This is probably why they are disguising themselves as a Philadelphia address?? Denver is a long way from PA. Wow!!!
