What an absolute delight it was in dealing with this florist. My mother in England asked me to call and send some flowers to my sister in Colorado Springs for Easter. I am located in another state...so this was all done via phone and their Web Site. The experience and customer service were tremendous. She was friendly, helpful, and I entrusted her with a dollar amount for the arrangement, and she assured me she would take good care of my sister. My sister called, and told me the flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh and very colorful. For the record, it was only after I concluded my business and thanked the lady for her kind help, did I find out she was the owner. How refreshing that was...I can assure you every time I send flowers to my sister, I will gladly use this florist.

I chose this florist for the location, and then the prices seemed very reasonable, but the lady on the other end of the phone did not seem like the person I would want answering the phone for my business Not remotely personable, and very short tempered and appeared to be bothered by receiving business calls. If they had the right person answering the phones I would say this was a five-star experience. Or rude is not how you want to come across with clients and customers. Its not really all that much effort to say "thank you so much for your business, is have a good day" instead of, "Ok, bye " and then hanging up the phone abruptly. That is exactly what just happened to me a moment ago. I do not care to write reviews most of the time, but this needed to be said.

I called on Wednesday, 11-27-13. This was a rush. My sister was in a Colorado Springs hospital, and I live in Florida. I had tried Platte floral, and was treated so rude, I actually told the guy to forget it and hung up!! I explained my situation To the wonderful lady at Sign of the Rose. She assured me she would take care of me. The gorgeous arrangement arrived quickly, and my sister, her husband, other sisters, and nurses thought they were gorgeous!! And they were!! One sister had sent me a pic, and I couldnt have imagined better colors and flowers. If I could reach out and have given the lady from sign of the rose a hug I would. If I ever have the need to send flowers in Colorado Springs I will be using them!! A big ten stars to you all!!

I ordered flowers early Thursday morning and wanted to be sure they could be delivered by this afternoon, as my wife works until 4 PM and not on Friday. I was assured they would be there by "early afternoon". I called the shop at 3:45 PM to find out what the problem was. The lady had no idea if they were delivered or not. She stated she would call the driver. At 3:55 PM I called the shop and the lady stated that the driver did not return her call. She said that the driver leaves the cell phone in the car(?) Why? If the company cannot get in contact with the driver, something is wrong with the company or the driver or both. I was told that I would get a refund, well see.

Lynda came through for me after I had a horrible experience at a different company who failed two days in a row to make or deliver flowers to my mom. I called from the D.C. area in tears trying to order flowers for my moms birthday and Lynda calmly walked me through an order and assured me it would go out ASAP. Twenty minutes later, a BEAUTIFUL arrangement was delivered to my mom. Thank you for saving the day/s! Ive ordered many times from your store and should have known better than to try anyone else. Excellent quality, price, and customer service!

We had a thank you bouquet delivered that was potentially very beautiful--good balance with a natural modern feel, BUT the flowers in the bouquet were old. In two days even the alstroemeria were dropping pedals. The tea rose clusters were crunchy! Upon reading the reviews on the website, we called to let the florist know of the problem. We were told that they had no one coming our way, but if we wanted to bring the arrangement to them, they would refresh. No apology given. Not acceptable! I do not recommend using them.

I ordered flowers for my mothers 81 birthday. This was a very important birthday - because she is terminally ill. When I went to see her later that day, I saw the flower arrangement - it had empty spots in it and did not look ANYTHING like the beautiful arrangement I ordered online. It looked like something a little kid put together, very unprofessional. How did this place get a four star rating? That will teach me to read reviews in the future before I order ANYTHING else online.

I got flowers today for my girlfriend for her birthday. The lady working was awesome. She showed me other options for vases, and took let me look at the flowers she had in the back. In the end I ended up with a bouquet of flowers that turned me into a hero. The customer service was great. I had to take an important call as she was checking me out, and she was very quiet and patient with me. I will get flowers from here in the future for sure.

I just have to tell you how much she loved the flowers. I dont know if you ended up getting the larger Calilillies or not. But she said they were the largest and most beautiful flowers she had ever seen. The purple wax flowers smelled so nice, and some had not popped so she was excited to have the scent around for a while. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I called them over the phone to ask questions about their pricing and she said she was all booked up for June which I understood because June IS the wedding month. But the woman on the phone spoke to me in such a nasty tone and while I was saying "well thanks anyway" she hung up on me. I will never go there for anything ever because they were so rude and nasty.

have had Sign of the Rose do up a small Christmas ( 2- 3 ft) tree for my 90 + year old Mother, for several years now. They are THE best and most caring florist I have ever dealt with. I live in Virginia and just know that the tree I order will be special. My Mom has called me 3 times this year saying it is the most beautiful tree she has ever had. Thank You so much!! Pam R. I received a floral arrangement with the small floral roses already drying out and the snapdragons starting to wilt. I know they have a guarantee, so I called. Was told if I wanted to bring it by, they would refresh it. Wasnt impressed and I know the sender didnt buy the cheapest. Would not recommend to others.
