I was at the store today to add a line to our current plan, the salesman started to help but had trouble with the online system, he made a call and handed the phone to us without explaination and we were accomplishing everything on the phone with no help of the salesman, then we went to upgrade the phone and found out the store was all out and we ended up going to the Valencia store, found out after complaining about our experience with the Saugus CA store they should have asked what phone we were interested in and most likeley we would of hd better service at Valencia. Good job Valencia store!

The worst customer service specially coming from a manager named Julia. The manager could not accommodate providing a credit for some thing that double charged me for. Very unprofessional went on a break left the store while she had me speak with customer service on the phone that also could not assist me. After being at the store for almost an hour and a half been given the lame excuses. Very dishonest sales person...customer beware of the services they sell you.

The person I spoke to was uninformed, dare I say ignorant and discourteous. Called the AT&T store on Pico Canyon and was treated courteously and professionally by the rep. I seldom waste my time writing revues but this experience was so unsatisfactoy I felt I should let others know about it. If there was a rating lower than one star I would use it

At best I give them a 1 star on service and there not helpfull, They never answer the phone, dont really care, I perfer to drive the extra mile to the Stevenson Ranch location. To me its amazing how 2 stores are so different ( Corporate Owned )
