Terrible customer service. Asked to return a phone, agent said I didnt have "the paper" for the phone and I had no idea what he was talking about. I told him that I could just look up the order on my phone and give it to him. He then walked away without telling me where he was going as I was looking for the order. I walked over to see where he went and claimed he was looking for the order number. I told him that I had it on my phone already and he said "fine look for it" gave it to him (he still hadnt found it) and slammed his tablet on the counter and then took MY phone to look for the info he needed. What a rude and awful experience in the few minutes time I was there. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and that is the service I get??? Stay away from the village Verizon unless you want to be treated like dirt!

This Review is for Reggie, he helped my husband with a very difficult situation (we were on hold with customer support for over 6 hours before coming into the store). we had a new broken phone shipped to us, corporate wanted us to mail it back and be phone less, then they wanted us to drive back 200 plus miles to the store we received it from. He needed that phone now, and that is when Reggie stepped in and fixed it. (the situation was very stressful) Reggie took something complex and kept it simple so that my husband got his phone and out of the store within 15 minutes! We are super appreciative and he deserves to be recognized.

Check your Receipts!!!! Do not shop here!!!!! They stole from me & we are attorney if filing a compliant as well a lawsuite with headquarters. They are all thieves and deserv to be in jail .My reciept was over 60 dollars over total and when I asked why he couldnt give ma a straight answer. Please check your receipts!!!!

I had a perfect experience here. I bought an unlocked phone from Amazon and came to this store to activate it on my account. It required a new sim card because it was a different style than my current phone. They provided the new sim and activated the phone all free of charge.

Had the worst experience . The sales man did not want to help at all. I asked him about any good deal with iPhone . The sales person said no and did not want to help at all . It was very weird experience . This is the worst store.

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, thats saying a lot for this industry. In the past 2 visits over 3 days theyve managed to contradict everything sales told me. Rigo and the manager are especially unhelpful and aggressive.
