Not worth any star! Honda Owners around San Bruno, BEWARE! Do not buy your Honda here! Bring your service requirements elsewhere!. I purchase 2 Hondas and service them all here with BACK then, WITH Grace Honda. All was good and happy. So 4/08/2015, made an appointment to do a simple oil change at about 29,000 miles. Price went from $39.99 to $58 something. Service Advisor Bryan Robert explained that the previous internet special is now against the company policy and those that gave those were all fired! ??? Ok, fine! 3 hours later. I drove home and I was reminded to change or fix: Engine air filter Wheel alignment Inner CV shaft leakage Then I noticed a loud grinding notice coming from the cabin air filter. So, I opened it up behind the glove compartment and guess what I pulled out. So, I immediately called the service manager, Mick and he immediate denied everything with out asking the details and indicated that I had putted in there! So, I politely asked him to inquire in to the service staff, he said he would and that he would get back to me. 2 weeks later nothing happened, Thus I decided to go and should the GM the lollipop. So, I went to the dealership last Tuesday and I saw the GM on duty. I did not catch his name although I dis introduce myself. He immediately became utterly defensive and he was in absolute denial! He very rudely snatched the lollipop and threw it in the trash can in hoping to get ride of the evidence. It is so disappointing, such a dealership could become so dark! This is not how a good management is to react! It is really very shameless or utterly inexperience management team or both! This has been a very bleak lesson, that is never and never to come back to this dealership. Would you? DOUBIOUS SERVICE SHADY MANAGERS DARKEST MANAGEMENT VICTORY HONDA OWNERS/SHAREHOLDERS, WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS?

The salesman, Adam, didnt rush me through the process and I felt I got a very good deal on a 2015 CR-V. He even picked me up from the local BART station so I could test drive the vehicle. After I got home I noticed that there was an issue with the rear window wiper. I called Adam and he set me up with the Service Dept. right away. I was unable to see the person Adam arranged for me to meet, but another service rep, Robert, saw that I was waiting and volunteered to address the issue right away. He was able to get one of the parts that I needed and then said that he could order the other part to arrive the next day. Just then another person in the Service Dept., having a thorough check of the dealers inventory, stepped out and gave Robert the part that we needed. I drove away pretty happy with how quickly the issue was addressed. I could tell by how I was treated by Adam, Robert, and the third person that Victory as a whole cares about customer service and satisfaction and are interested in maintaining a good, long-term relationship with their customers. If and when I need a another Honda, I will definitely go back to Victory.

For those who have a dilemma to go to a certified dealership to get an OEM quality and pay premium price or to go to a small shop and get aftermarket parts for a fraction of cost: pick Victory Honda – you will get the worse from both worlds. Yes, you heard me right, you’ll pay premium price for the lowest quality possible. A few facts from my experience: - They charged me $50 more than MSRP for the new Honda OEM starter. - They installed USED starter instead of the new one! - The OEM Honda starter is silver alloy like the engine. The one they installed is black color and looks the same like an aftermarket one. - Victory Honda of San Bruno charged more than $300 for the labor to change the starter on Honda Accord. A note for those unfamiliar with car repair: It takes less than an hour to change the starter and does not require any expensive equipment. So, if you like paying more than $700 for the used unknown brand starter installed on your car - Victory Honda of San Bruno is your mechanic! For my friends I’ll advice to avoid this place.

"Alan" took care of me. I had a tire pressure signal and had it towed to Victory on a night drop after 7pm and Alan called me the same night around 8:30pm to inform me he received my car. I was blown away by this level of customer attention as I was going to set my alarm to call the shop first thing in the morning about my vehicle. He identified my vehicle and called me on my cell phone on record with them. Since I need my car for work, the sooner I can get my car repaired the better so I was able to explain all my service needs over the phone that evening so they can work on it the very next morning. Service was delivered as promised and I trust their pricing on what was done. They also sent a private car to my home which is outside their normal routes to pick me up. The driver was pleasant and personable. This is definitely my "home" for all repairs and maintenance on my Honda and possibly a future purchase or trade-in. Hands down

My salesman was pretty nice, but the car appraisal man was beyond rude to me. Not only did they offer the absolute lowest amount for my trade-in then any other dealership I had been to, ( Im the kind of person that shops around for cars with several dealerships to find the best deal) but when he came to speak with me and tell me what he could offer me, he offered $1500 less than the lowest person at any other dealership and Ive been to six others. And to add to that, he was extremely condescending and rude about it and got an attitude within a couple sentences of speaking with me. When I told him that his number was $1500 less than anybody else he said some really snappy and rude comments as though I was dumb and I was lying or something. Im really appalled at how I was just spoken to. This place needs to fire this man and get a new person to work for them that knows customer service and how to speak to people with RESPECT

I went in to see about buying a used car/mini van. My credit score is way less than perfect to say the least, same with my Better Halfs. I ended up driving out of there with a newly leased 2017 Accord. The very next day, my Better Half drive out of there with a new 2016 CR-V. They go out of there way find financing, and to put you into a new vehicle. Were told that financing through Honda financial, will build a credit standing with Honda. That our next purchase will be at a much lower percentage rate. We have no reason to doubt. They worked what we thought impossible. The place is very clean, and the people very polite. The employees couldnt be more diverse. I took my car back for its first (free) oil change, and it was finished well before the 1-1/2 hours I was too when I dropped it off early. Love this place!

Purchased a 2016 Honda Civic LX manual from ADAM thinking I was going to pay $19,500 out the door (which I asked the sales guy and he said yes). I think the whole world can agree out the door at the very least means including sales tax. Well apparently this was false. Im paying $22,950 after all is said and done for this vehicle, which is clear into EX territory. I had to wait a long time as well, which made me less inclined to review the contract, which I guess is a tactic of theirs. Im also hoping I can pay it all off at once without penalty like he said I could. Not sure because I have no finance papers for some reason. If youre looking for HONEST sales people, DO NOT GO HERE!
