I would give them a big fat 0 if I could. First off the flowers did not match the color ordered but it was to late to do anything. The wedding was about to start. I call them and was told peach is coral. They were given a picture of the wedding color and did what they wanted not what was ordered. I told them I could send a picture of the difference in the color ordered and the color they gave us and then they tried to say it could be the pictures. Customer service was worthless. They just lost a ton of business from another family wedding coming up. BUYER BEWARE. If I could post a picture of the difference I would.

I live in Washington, but my family is back East. We had a death in our family this week, so I called Bristol Florist because they were nearby and well-reviewed. They didnt disappoint. The man with whom I spoke was extremely accommodating and professional. He created a custom arrangement for me at a very good price, and they delivered my flowers and breakfast basket later that afternoon. My family said everything was beautiful, and that the driver was extremely gracious. I would highly recommend Bristol Florist!
