A Private User

Initial visit was fine and the woman who helped me was quite nice. After purchasing a $100 bracelet, I found a dent in the silver upon returning home. I called immediately and they said that I purchased the last one, but they would call me as soon as one came in. Two weeks later, I call again and then tell me, "oh yeah, theres another on here. Do you want it?" Um, yeah, I do. During both visits (initial purchase and exchange) they give the hard sell on a $25 "warranty." I told them thank you, but I wasnt interested. The manager then comes over and tells me that they will exchange it "this time, but thats it without a warranty." Wow, rude. I took an extra minute to check the bracelet over and approved the exchange. I thanked them and left. That will absolutely be the first and last purchase there.

This place sucks. The girl who helped me was super nice when looking for a piece I needed but once she asked me if I wanted to open a card and I politely declined she became extremely rude and unpleasant. When I placed the order she told me 7-10 days. After not getting a phone call to pick up my piece I had to follow up THREE times with them to see what the status of my order was to only be told that it wouldnt be available for pick up for another week and a half! I would have never have ordered with them if I knew it was going to take up to a month. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Doesnt even deserve a star. I went today to get a ring resized, the women helping me was incredibly rude and sarcastic throughout the whole process. I have never been treated in a more disgusting, disrespectful manner. Will definitely not be returning.
