They never have prescriptions ready on time, they dont let you know when a prescription is delayed or needs approval, and half the pharmacy staff is pretty rude. The other half is really quite nice (you know who you are :) ). The rest of the store is wonderful which is why I didnt give it even fewer stars. They use to be pretty good but for the last 6 months its been pretty bad. They always say the same thing, "we are really swamped right now" well if your ALWAYS swamped then you need to hire either more or more efficient staff.

Try not to buy anything here, especially if its near closing. Youll totally inconvenience the not so helpful or polite women gatekeepers that are working here. I had to wait ten minutes for help, then a manager comes up to me and asks me if Im almost done, because they are closing. Rude.

The pharmacy never has my medications on time and when I call about why they are taking so long I am returned with rudeness and confusion by the pharmacy. I am taking my business elsewhere.
