All the women at this pharmacy were very rude and unpleasant. I even greeted them with pleasantries and asking how they were before I stated my inquiry. They paid no attention and responded with a rude tone and a mean mug. Also, I purchased an inflatable cushion and after using it for 1 hour, it popped! Obviously it was defective as its made with high grade rubber and I only weigh 160lbs. I called to inquire about returning it for a refund (receipt in hand) and the woman I spoke to said they dont take returns no matter what. She was also very rude and could care less that my cushion popped or that I was out $19. I will never EVER use this pharmacy or recommend it to friends and family. Instead Ill be sure to inform as many as I can about my horrible experiences in as many avenues as I possibly can until someone has a word or two with these terrible clerks/pharmacists. Thank you.

Urgent care is excellent. The rest of the st. John Providence Hospital specifically the receptionist and or operator are very rude in fact if you look up rude in the dictionary you will find their phone number and picture along with address.
