Customer service goes above and beyond at this location. I recently stopped into Zales and was helped by a woman named Faith. I dont normally shop at Zales and not only was Faith helpful and knowledgeable but also kind beyond belief. The rest of the staff seemed extremely competent and kind- hard to find customer service that could exceed the standard they set!

I picked my ring up today after sending it off to be cleaned and resized and it came back missing a stone ..........the store clerks were nice but Im pissed ......its already been 3 weeks without my ring and now I have to send it away again ...........
