My experience here was definitely sub par. I had called ahead to confirm that there were walk in eye exams here and was told that there were. When I arrived, I asked the woman at the vision center about eye exams and was told by her that that wasnt her department. She hastily pointed me to a room nearby and told me to go there. In the empty exam area I was greeted by another employee who asked if I had an appointment. When I said no she seemed shocked and told me I needed one. When I told her about my phone call she said that the people who answer the phones dont have any information on appointments because she handled them all herself. She then said the best she could do was get me an appointment over a month later. When I went back to the first woman to ask why I had been told I could get a walk in exam, she just shrugged me off. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because I cant say whether the exams are high quality because I never made it that far. I greatly recommend Sams club vision center over here.
