I came here for meat only. I never tried their lunches (but from what I was told, they are good), so I wouldnt know how those are, but the meat and seafood are okay (no, Im not too hyped, but theyre not that bad either). Sadly its not organic and it does not have any certificates whether the animals were fed with antibiotics or not, so its up to you to decide how much you care about that. Chicken breasts were (way too small) and not all that good in my opinion. Beef was better (tri-tip). Lobster tails and shrimp were also good. The staff knows their meat and know how to advise you if youre clueless what to buy. The prices are okay. Id say lower than Safeway, but still more expensive than (bigger cuts of) chicken at Trader Joes for example. Id say come here if youre having a party for many people and need a lot of meat or seafood. That might get you some discounts (they also have some sort of discount if you buy over $50 five times). But if youre only buying it for yourself and not in bulk, then rather visit just for lunch and buy meat elsewhere. Their building is pretty easy to miss though - they are on the corner of San Leandro Boulevard and Williams Street. A yellow(ish) building with a forklift in the back (if youre coming from Williams Street). Youll have to park on the street though, cause they dont have their own parking lot.

you can usually park across the street. this is the best place for meat and sandwiches in the east bay. i never had a problem here. great sandwiches double the meat for only $1 more. they have fresh hamburger, fresh chicken, fresh cut steaks. thick cut bacon, fish, and other seafood, and poultry. if you looking for something they can usually order it. they have cheese too. and are usda inspected daily. they have best deals on meat fish and poultry. its a family owned business and they been around over 60 years. Tuesday is bbq day Wednesday is tri tip sandwich day, Thursday is cheeseburger day. Friday is giant hot dog or half chicken day i been coming here over 12 years i never had an issue. great people, friendly staff. if your a restaurant they do supply meat. and they also cater as well.
