Really friendly family business that doesnt just sell jewelry, but teaches you about quality and design in a way that isnt just about the bottom line and making money, like at big chain stores. If you have a picture or idea of what you want but dont see it in store, you can show it to the staff and they are willing and able to make it come to life. I had an idea for a ring inspired by David Yurman and they were able to make something similar that was perfect and cost half the price. FYI, the building is under construction right now, but they are still open - dont be dissuaded by the outward appearance! You wont be disappointed :)

I had a wonderful experience with Claydon Jewelers. My wifes diamond engagement ring had the stone knocked loose and when I called just a few minutes before closing time, they were happy to stay a little late to fix the setting for me. Since I live nearby, I rushed over and arrived about 5 min after they had closed for the day. What impressed me more is that they gave me a military discount (I was in uniform just after finishing work) and let me go free of charge. They did a great job fixing the ring and cleaning it so it looked as good as new. This is definitely a place that I recommend for their great customer service.

Im in love with this store! I came in expecting to pay overpriced vintage jewelry, but instead I came out paying less than I expected. This place is really affordable and it isnt like most of those vintage jewelry stores that prices their items wayyy above the amount that they are worth. I am addicted to Claydon!

The merchandise selection, custom design and basic repair services are excellent and the pricing for all quite reasonable. The South Bay is fortunate to have a jewelry company of this quality in the immediate area.

I took in the Mothers ring I inherited from my grandmother. Paul cleaned and polished the delicate ring and I had it back in three days. He was also able to point out a weak prong and let me know I should have it addressed in the next few years but didnt pressure me into an expensive repair immediately.

It is the only place to go! They do appraisals, custom design, repairs etc. Their prices are great. I purchased a stone in Nassau several years ago and they could have purchased one for me better quality for less! My husband and I have been going there for 23 years now.
