I thought I had found a good local beauty supply store until my experience today. A few days ago I purchased almost $25 in hair scarves and I wanted to exchange a few of them for something else but the manager told me he could not take them back. The reason given was that he couldnt resale them even though they were not used! Im so tired of these beauty supply stores and their horrible return policies! I could understand if they were used or if it was open product but scarves that were purchased within the same week, thats just ridiculous and poor customer service. I was going to purchase more products but after this experience I am choosing to spend my money elsewhere and I will be looking for another beauty supply store to patronize. F.Y.I. They also dont let customers use their restrooms.

I buy wigs and other supplies from here every month. The ladies who work there are very helpful when I am trying on wigs. There is a salon in the back with licensed cosmetologists as well. And the wig selection is better than most stores. They have a variety of different colors and prices ranging from around $20 all the way up to $500 for the virgin human hair wigs. They sell hair, hair products, and makeup. LA Girl and NYX products.
