ZERO STARS! ALL I NEEDED WAS A SCREEN REPLACEMENT!! ROBERT the owner had no clue what he was doing!! The worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Took them a whole YEAR to do literally nothing! Instead of saying they didnt know how to fix it like I kindly ask them, they mislead me for 1 YEAR! Now my computer is without its orginal cord (GONE?),missing LCD (he threw away?) & still with a broken screen! And (drilled holes?) in the back of my outer shell! PLEASE STAY CLEAR, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE I TRUSTED THE WRONG COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN!
