Hi good evening I hate is super really bad customer service and also art the district manager is very rude and very disrespectful he is very racist I hate him so much also cashiers dont even know English at all and have any patients also meat department the manager is one of them and also David the assistant manager very rude and also very verbally abusive to his employees it just breaks my heart seeing David the assistant manager abuse the females he literally cusses eats in the department and very disrespectful with other customers when its 8 oclock or 7 p.m. I go to shop and there is nothing I am very upset with their service I cant believe this very dirty and also they have young people working there and playing in the store I literally almost fell at the store cuz one of the employees was playing with the handicapped carts also there were groping on each other female and male and they were co-workers that is not right and the manager and night his name is Jerry that person feels around and messes around with the employees I am very highly upset of every Department including the kitchen the person that runs that place has very rude and I always have to wait so many minutes for my food all I know is is that I will be getting a hold of my attorney because this is not right last time I bought food in the morning and buy half a day it was already rotten this is not right at all they have to understand that we have kids next time when I go all Im going to do is take pictures and I will be contacting my attorney as soon as possible and Im going to start and David and it love them and other people that I know that theyre very verbally abusive even to their employees loss prevention doesnt even do nothing at all

Roaches on the bread and around food. (Pictures provided) My family and I decided to go to El Super to pick up some food. We went to the bakery inside to pick out some bread , as I moved the bread to the side a disgusting COCKROACH ran out. I let out a light scream as I was caught off guard and didnt expect to see that. Several employees came over and the bakery came out, I told them about the roach while my stepfather was pulling out his phone to take a photo (as proof). The baker then asks rudely "Why are you taking pictures!? If I were you, Id be embarrassed of taking pictures of something like this. I work here you know". At this point I had a manager (lady) brought over whos response to this was "I dont know what to tell you, Im just a floor manager, the store wont be in until tomorrow morning". What!!!!? Are you serious? This is how you handle a situation like this? They didnt even remove the bread, there was 4 cases of about 100 pieces of bread where the roach had walked on and they didnt even remove it. Some customers, unaware of the situation were going over to pick up some bread and the employees didnt say anything! I had to tell them NOT to buy it! Ugh disgusting. Never went back again! By the way Im reporting them to the health department. Op

The cashier cant even memorize the price of a 20 lb bag of ice. She let me literally carry that heavy load at the counter so she can scan it. It just made my back almost gave up In and out of that cart above my waist line. No consideration. For elderly and mobility compromise, where is their sympathy and ethics. I should have known youre a second rate store. Will not go to that store. You have a lot of competition. Just showing, no respect to your customers. In corona, i have friends who are sympathetic to these cause. You need to train them all with customer service.

It used to be a nice place to shop, the staff WAS friendly and professional. Now, its as if it bothers them if customers need help or ask a question. The cashiers do not greet you or smile, they simply scan the items and give you a total. They are just not PERSONABLE. Theres no difference between this store, their staff and VONS Market. Would I return or continue shopping at these markets? No! I rather spent my money where I am welcome and taken care of, even if it means driving further away. El Super is deserving of ONE star.

What happened to the management? it sucks now Art the store director has no paitence for the customers he was rude to me when I asked him a question also lines were long I will not be going back dont recommend this place at all used to like it and now its gone down the drain....

Great Prices and Autentic Mexican products are found here. Great fresh vegetable selection. I rated them a 3 because cashier service needs improved fast friendly and experienced staff. We need this place in the community. Im a regular customer and would recommend this place.

They always have great produce choice,for a great price. Great bakery. Their seasoned spare ribs are the best and good for left overs! The store made salsa Verde is amazing with breakfast food! All around great market for everything you need.

They have a restaurant/kitchen that cooks food to order. Definitely worth a visit. I tried their made to order carne asada burrito.
