The pharmacy didnt feel the need to tell me there was a problem in getting one of my medications and figured faxing my doctor was good enough. I only found out about it when I went to pick up my medication at 6 at night... and I had sent in the refill request at 9 in the morning. I could have gotten it straighten out if someone would have told me in the first place. The implied it was my fault for taking my medication too early (Im suppose to take it early and my doctor knows that.) When I called customer service, the person was all joking about the situation and the pharmacist who talked to me was incredibly rude and implied that this was my fault and they cant call everyone (yet they had time to fax my doctor). A few days later the store manager called me to again say it wasnt there fault and when I said someone should have at least called me, she brushed it off and said that she had "talked to her staff about it." Not sure thats the way to keep people coming back to your business, blame them and then be rude to them.

After seeing the terrible reviews, I felt obligated to share. To be fair I dont have a lot of prescriptions that need to be filled. When I do, though, I almost always go to this Walgreens because its closest to me. Ive never had a bad experience with the pharmacy, never had to wait like the other reviewers. I dont know whose experience is the exception that proves the rule, but for what its worth, I think they do a decent job. *shrug*

Walgreens Pharmacy Monona - Worst pharmacy service ever. Not only are they the slowest pharmacy I have ever used.. yesterday took the prize... Wait time they stated - 30 mins. I waited for a total of 1 hour and 15 mins only for them to tell me that they were out of my medication - even after I checked at 30 mins, 45 mins and 1 hour. Ridiculous. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I love my local Walgreens. The store and pharmacy employees are helpful. Only downfalls, all the high school kid customers during the week days and the store runs out of advertised specials too quickly. Very convenient location and 2 Redbox outlets located here is great!

Really disappointed in recent pharmacy help. I used to get good assistance here, and my doctor actually suggested I use a different pharmacy because the staff was also so unhelpful for her.

Horrible customer serivce. They were suppose to call me to tell me that my pictures were done and they never did and then I tried calling and no body answered. Im not happy.

Horrible pharmacy. We waited over 30 min for a prescription that was called in ahead of time and was told was ready to pick up. Also a prepackaged prescription....

I havent used the pharmacy. This Walgreens has a nice selection of cosmetics and OTC meds considering its size.
