While their catalog offers tempting looking treats calling to get off their mailing list is an ordeal. I called three times and was put on hold the first two times and then the third time, the guy was unable to locate my name although it was there on the catalog. Also, somehow they pilfered my personal information without my consent. I think they are associated with Soft Surroundings who also started up with catalogs and with the same call center intro.

Nifty mix of purses, scarves, jewelry etc. as well as books and gifts. There are even some bath/body items. I pop into Little Luxuries whenever I need a birthday gift. The stock seems to refresh frequently. I buy a new whimsical Espe wallet there every spring- think they might be the only place in Madison that carries that brand.
