I called to see if they had a particular product in stock. "JJ" answered the phone and was rather rude, saying that she didnt have time because she was with a client so to hurry with my question. Im not sure if she meant to come off as rude as she did but it was NOT a good first impression. I often frequent the other health food stores in the area and was hoping to expand my options but I believe I will be avoiding this place at all costs. If she didnt have the time to work with me she should have taken down my question and phone number and asked to call me back - or simply not answer the phone at all. Both of those options would have been better then how rude she was.

I would highly recommend Friends Wellness Center & Health Food store to anyone who is interested in having or maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle. JJ Meyers truly cares about people and has a sincere desire to help people achieve that goal.
