I went to Josh at Menashe and Sons (pretty sure the owner or one of them) because of the reveiws I saw on here. Although after being in contact with him now for 3 weeks, this is what I found out: 1.) Terrible customer service by Josh-several times I was to get a call back, never did, I was mostly always the one calling him. Oh and when you call him, he can 90% of the time never answer or come to the phone himself-he has to "call you back"...which usually means for you to call him back because he will not be calling you. 2.) Unfulfilling promises. Says he is working on getting his stones in from overseas-within a week...gave me a day, then backed out the day of (45 min. before our meeting time) saying theyre not in "viewing mode" yet(message passed on by his many unprofessional associates)-couple days later finally got a hold of him myself and says oh the guy hasnt gotten back to me? (You really think a supplier he has built a relationship with for the last 20 years, is not going to get back to you after he told you he will have it to you a certain day?-his story just didnt match up, and frankly I dont know how much truth there was to it after my experience) After he had told me I could see it on a specific day, the day after they were going to be in. Overall, I would suggest you stay away from this place, in my opinion it is basically an unprofessional who lacks customer service, takes personal phone call while you are meeting with him, and likes to make promises that he can not fulfill. He will be a waste of your time, and thankful for me, I wasnt weighing all my eggs in this basket.

This place is a joke dont go there if you are looking for quality!!!!! Bought my engagement ring here and had it appraised at a different jeweler and it came back appraised at a lower amount then what they sold it to me for. (Crooks) asked them why it appraised for a lower amount and they insisted that I give them the ring so they can have it shipped out and appraised with their appraiser, which then came back at double what they sold it to me for??? Wth??? How could this be??? Bull sh**!! During all of this discovered a chip in the diamond during appraisals and throughout the maintenance I had done, contacted menashes in which the sales girl was super nice in trying to accommodate me with the issue of the chip she said she had to talk to Josh Menashe about the issue and OF COURSE never heard a word from them again. Long story short dont buy your jewelry here!!!!!! EVER!!!!

My family have been customers of Menashe & Sons for over twenty years. Ive made many purchases from them, including custom jewelry, repairs and remounting of stones from old jewelry. Everyone there is helpful and very friendly, prices are competitive and the quality is top notch. I consider Josh Menashe to be a personal friend (my "friend in the jewelry business"), and their shop is my go to store for pretty much anything jewelry or watch related.

All of my wifes jewelry is custom made by Menashe to order and every single piece has come out perfect.

Bought my ring else where and had my ring resized here. Long story short. The messed up the size first time. Had to resize again. Took forever. They resized it horribly. And my band was bent. Heard good reviews thats why I came but very disappointed. Will never bring my ring back and will not recommend.

Very friendly staff, I walked in and was greeted by at least 4 people! I had a few links taken out of my watch at no charge. Seems like a great place to shop, I left feeling good about the people that work there and when I buy another watch I will definitely stop there first.

Friendly but lacking. Went to Menashe b/c of my timeline and their proximity. Mistake. Ring was sent out, late, and incorrectly resized, despite two different sizings. Will go back to my old jeweler in the city.
