First, it is important to know a few things. I havent had a realistic piece in the 10+ years I have been getting tattooed. I met Ben Stanton (@benhawaii) when he first became a customer at a butcher shop I ran. Ive always admired the realistic work he has done and collects himself. It is becoming more popular for those of us in the food industry to receive food related tattoos. There isnt anything wrong with them but I never took a liking. The tattoo been gave me is a reminder of the time I lived in New York City. Ironically, it happens to have a food element, an apple. Ben consulted with me through my ideas. There were items that wouldnt have worked for the placement or size of the piece. He guided me into what my options were and how he could still provide me with a piece that I love. In addition Ben took the extra steps to make sure I was comfortable (at least as one could be during a tattoo). I dont trust many tattoo artist but Ben is someone I will return to (in a month to be precise). Ben is obviously passionate about tattooing and professional in the service he offers.

Ben Stanton is the best! By far, the best tattooing experience I have had. Ive had work done by four separate artists but the most comfortable experience is with Ben. He does clean, quality work and is fair in his pricing. I usually go into a tattoo knowing the concept of the design but I leave it up to the artist to place their personal touches on the final product. If I have an idea that can be improved on, Ben is practical in assessing the pros and cons of each design. I travel to Seattle often and always make sure to get tattooed every time Im in the area. We are working on several projects on my arms so he is my primary artist. Its also important that your tattoo artist should have a personality to maintain conversation during a extensive and painful process. He is attentive, honest, personable and easy-going. I highly recommend Ben! Hes competed with the best tattoo artists in Las Vegas and kills it everywhere he goes.

First impression walking into this shop is how clean it is! It smells clean and looks clean. The artists display their stencil work openly as well as provide photo albums of their tattoos. These guys are true artists! Give them an idea and they will work with you to sketch up exactly what your vision is. Give them free reign to get creative and you will NOT be disappointed! These experts are also skilled in cover ups that blend so well, you cant find any traces of the old tattoo! Dillon easily turned my 25 year old black panther into a gorgeous dragon and tiger! This is where you should get your next tattoo!!

Had a mustache tattoo done by Ben, he had just gotten here from Vegas... I paid $100 each for me and my 2 friends to get mustache tattoos on our fingers. I understand that hand tattoos dont last as long as others, but ours lasted a total of 2 weeks before they scabbed over and completely disappeared. He would not even do a touch up, wanted to charge another $50 each... finally went to Sam off of callow and had mine redone and she said I could come in for one touch up for free. Not saying this is a bad place, but I wont ever return.

Dillon and Donna are both super rad artists, and they really, really care about the quality of the tattoos they do (unlike a couple other shops in Port Orchard). These two are genuinely kind, and they love what they do. Dont get tattooed by some asshat who does not care about your life-long art and just wants your money. Go to Dillon & Donna.

Incredible work from Ben (IG: @benhawaii) proficient and skilled in a variety of styles. Go to guy if youre a long time collector or a 1st timer or anyone in between. Really cares about his work and the art he creates. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a long lasting piece.
