Your time and money would be better spent somewhere other than this place. I spent the better part of an hour trying to call about an order I placed. I was placed on constant hold with someone coming on the line every 5 minutes or so to say "hold" and immediately bumped to hold again. I understand that things can get busy but this is ridiculous. I finally just gave up. Dont get me started on the lady next door that does the eye exams (Twilight Vision). She is unprofessional at best, leaves you for large amounts of time to take care of other patients, and really doesnt seem to care about what you have to say. She is too rushed and busy trying to get people done to actually listen to what you have to say. I wont be back.

Had a eye exam done in Feb, thought it covered eye glass and contact EXAM..went in in Sept of same,year to pick up copy of contact prescription, was told I had to pay for a entire new exam! I get paying for a fitting fee...but a entirely new exam when i had one 7 months prev..HELL NO. And the optometrist was EXTREMELY rude. I never have any issues with service anywhere and i am very understanding. But this woman set me off more then anyone ever has. I will NEVER go back and I suggest that nobody elsevdoes either.

Tye is the worst manager. Does not care about customer service. Bought 3 pairs of glasses none of them fit right had to go back 3 times finally returned a pair of $400+ sunglasses asked for my money back Tye only gave me $200 spent over $855 at that store. I would never recommend this store bad service they do not know what theyre doing. I gave them many chances to redeem themselves but I just have to say very bad customer service all around.

Greg did a great job of customer service. He really went the extra mile working with my insurance. The store had a great selection at very competitive prices.
