I went into this place about a week ago. I had the gentlemen send a package to north carolina. He quoted me 35 dollars and told me thats what it would be postal wise also and the fact it was about the same i belived him and trusted that the company was correct i allowed it. After i went to the post office to send another package i found out it was truely only $16. So i got a print out. After calling this store to imform them i was lied to and i wanted a refund even with the proof i had the gentleman the same one that ripped me off was very rude told me to call the next day when the manager was there. So i called the next day. Manager was nice enough to call back explained that they couldnt refund just cause it was already shipped. Honestly they should refund no matter what due to im the customer and i was completely ripped off. They should own up to what their employee did to customers. Im sure im not the only one. Every where else i have ever gone they have refunded me long as i have proof. This is the first n last time i will ever do my business here! The is a post office done the road on pacific. GO THERE.

The owner is rude and has a chip on her shoulder. About a year ago a female employee was openly making fun of a UPS employee who just left there building. Said he was weird and smelled bad often.... I couldnt believe she was talking bad about them to the customers. About 6 mo ago the owner herself was complaining to the customers she hated United States Postal Service and she refused to sort their packages for them any longer.... Her tone was so bad I wondered why she worked with them at all? I normally just drop off packages but once I had a first class package (3oz) that I consistently pay around $3 for and they wanted $7? I think this place has terrible ethics, is a rip off, and is giving the other postal companies a bad name! On top of all that they close early all the time. Even though the hours on the door say open until 6pm. What kind of company just closes the doors at random hours?

I took Christmas packages here to be shipped a couple weeks ago. I asked them to be shipped the cheapest way possible. I got a quote for $36 & $38 for the boxes via the US Post Office and $10 for the bubble mailer. It seemed really high to me and I said so to the lady weighing the packages. She just shrugged and said thats what the computer is showing. I told her that I am going to take my packages elsewhere, just to get a second quote and thanks for her time. Before I could even get it all out, she turned and walked away, seemingly angry with me. I took the packages to the Post Office the next day and sure enough each of the three packages were very nearly HALF the cost Postnet quoted me! Go directly to the Post Office if you want a fair deal.

This is an okay place I would say and even more than okay. I use them when I dont want to trudge to the post office or if I am in a hurry. Certainly not a bargain but if you want a bargain you search on the Internet, go to USPS, compare with UPS and FedEx, take time to figure out what is cheapest and work it through. When you go to a private post office you go because it is convenient and one stop. They have mailing, photocopying, and other various services. They are a private business, not government and not a charity. They mark up because they have overhead plus need to make a profit and pay employees. So, of course you will pay more than if you directly use USPS or UPS or FedEx. But the convenience and extra services are the benefit.

PostNet has always been speedy and made quality prints for my small local business. They have always been attentive and gracious in accommodating my needs and have continually gone the extra mile. Im always pleased with their service, and take my projects to them exclusively. It seems like the only bad reviews on here are regarding their shipping department. I have had anything but their experience with the printing side of things.

Melissa and the crew are down to earth, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I would much rather shop here than at the USPS office and support a LOCAL business. Rock on guys and you will have my business for life.

I had a PMB here and absolutely loved these ladies here! I miss there happy faces already and I only moved away 3 weeks ago. The price for the PMB was reasonable and the services were comparable.
