I work at Longevity Foods and do enjoy the tasty beverages and deli items on a regular basis. Yet I still had host of annoying issues: aches and pains, sleeping, reflux, slow recovery from workouts. So, I decided to try putting myself on the meal plan here, where I could have the chef make all of my food for a week. It cost me less than $100 for more food than I can eat. By the 4th day, I was sleeping better, and all of my aches and pains went away, as well as the kind of bloated feelings I had been having. I expected some health benefit after a couple of weeks, but to see it halfway through the first week was a little astonishing. And did I mention the food is delicious?

The food here is amazing, As are the staff, and owners. The best service one could ask for. When I order food from here I know who is making it from scratch, local as possible, and made with love. Also, I find it to be very satisfying, I usually have left overs; will eat in a couple hours, yum!1 The store, while small, has an great selection of supplements, whole foods, and natural personal items- The prices are VERY good as well- and I usually shop around, but no need to here, I just buy from them.

Highest quality fresh food beautifully and lovingly prepared. Always fun to see new varieties being continually introduced. I love shopping the cafes store shelves as I wait for my food and drink. They place special orders for me and customize in exciting ways. The owners of this business are amazing people. Oh, and they teach classes too. Ive been to a class and got alot from it!
