-Will never donate to them again. They were very insulting when they opened every bag in front of me to determine if things were good enough for them. They actually handed me back a bag of cute outdoor decorations . I have had this happen twice now. Never again. -They also no longer have cats in the store for adoption. -They refuse to allow customers access to the restroom and send you to CVS or elsewhere. -They tend to be quite expensive for certain things, especially in the pet section. -They clearly do not appreciate their donors or customers. -The Union Mission in Martinsburg is always happy to get donations and they provide for the homeless. They are in nearby WV on King Street (off of I81 exit 13).

Has great items throughout the departments, and love shopping here. Only disadvantage to these stores over stores like Blue Ridge Hospice, is they DONT provide bathrooms for their customers. They tell you you have to go to another store because they dont have one. If they want your services should provide necessity of bathrooms. You never know when someone really has to go and cant hold it or has colitis problems. For a lot of people they wont go in a store if there is public restrooms. I m sure they can be a pain in the butt to maintain for the public but it would be a great help for those who need to go when shopping or who CANt go because there is no restrooms.

I go there often and find some real bargains. They price things in a weird way, a few days ago I was looking at sofas. The sofa inside the store was a Broyhill sofa that looked new with wood trim and lovely wood legs for $85.00 while in the separate back room there was a sofa with no brand name and showed wear it was $95.00? They price other things in the same weird way. Maybe they took pricing advise from The Salvation Army store whose pricing defies explanation.
