I like going here for the delicious specialty coffees and Made To Order Food. Unfortunately, its typically a 20ish minute wait, so I found out the hard way that I am unable to stop in the mornings on my way to work. They seem to be understaffed each time I go in there, with both the register lines being long and there being a lot of people standing around waiting for their MTO food and drinks.

Absolutely horrid. My 4 year old looked at me and said "this place is yucky". Trash everywhere, looks like absolutely no effert was put into the care of the shelves, floors, parking lot or trash bins. With the 400 pound blob behind the counter and the other portly employees its no wonder. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Wont accept .75 cent coupon on camels which are marked down .75 cents!!! Eventhough every other store does. They did before as well....apparently its just this particular manager........loser!
