They never have receipt paper at the pumps, which requires you to go into the store to get it. Then you have to stand in a long line just to wait for your receipt. I will no longer go here, as three times now I have had to go into the store to get them. Not a good way to run a business; trying to get an extra sale by requiring the gas patrons to go into the store.

I called to ask whether anyone had turned in an ID and was hung up on, twice (before I could even ask), because the ESL-speaking female on the other end apparently doesnt care about customer service. Im local and theyve lost my business!

They never have any credit card paper at the pump because they want u to come in to buy something. One day I asked why they didnt have any in it and they could not give me a answer!

We by-pass 4 7-eleven stores just to go to this one! We love Summer and all his staff! Great customer service! Oh thank heaven for Summer and his 7-eleven!
