I have ALWAYS had great experiences with London Pawn, until today 2/15/17. Basically to make a long story short. Because my girlfriend and I took 20min looking at and discussing the jewelry available, not only to place an item of my choosing on layaway (but also prepared to spend up to 2300$ CASH on the right item). The owner begins running his mouth in regard to the amount of questions and time spent looking...as according to him someone getting jewelry for engagement shold be precise in what they want! First off he didnt even have a clue why we were looking because it wasnt for engagement....and secondly as a customer I may ask as many questions as id like in order to determine how exactly Id like to spend MY cash. So therefore we ? ended the conversation with the kind woman assisting us the whole entire time and left his store for the last time ever. On a side note, BE SURE TO THE JEWELRY CLOSELY, WHICH WAS ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS IT TOOK ME A WHILE....THEIR JEWELRY BY NO MEANS CLOSE TO HIGH QUALITY. And I was able to find only 1 ring actually worth the price. Good ridden London pawn.

I really recommend London plaza pawn ..Tae is one of theee best pawn brokers I ever had the pleasure of doing business with! His establishment is small but it packs a punch! . He gives his customers respect, the most he can ,,Which 9/10 he trys to meet you on what you ask. dealing with tae ,(London Plaza Pawn) for over 10 years and preety much was always !! satisfied .. I would give it 5 but thiers an employee she is very rude and when I leave their she seems to always upset me.Her attitude is not the best when dealing with customers,she needs to work on it!,, But other than that 5 stars Definitely Recommend you bringing your business to London plaza pawn!!!.

Dont know where all these 5 stars are coming from lol. The owner is pretty rude and doesnt even talk to you to your face most of the time. I witnessed once while pawning something off?, he told a guy "How much do you really think youre gonna get for that thing?" in reference to a computer a guy was trying to sell. I mean I feel thats pretty rude to say to someone. But whatever. And they dont give you a reason as to why they wont buy something from you, even if its in good working condition.
