Costcos the wholesale shopping store is a wonderful experience great prices quality products great employees very helpful Ive had an experience as a plumbing contractor to go behind one of their outside suppliers that builds cabinets and they did a terrible job the countertop was too thick to accept the anchors that were meant to hold the sink in the cabinet and then once that was determined it became obvious that they did not cut the top out properly even though the sink was right next to the installer and were asked to check it before they left the the job site. This made it impossible for me as the plumbing contractor to install the sink properly and of course another extra trip for which I had to charge the customer an additional $100 and to my knowledge they havent reimbursed that customer. Stay away from their outside contractor that offers cabinet installation and custom building service, it is very poor service on this occasion Costcos contractor stated they do this all the time its fine and of course it wasnt the sink would not fit in the hole , asked them to come back and correct the matter they were argumentative and couldnt understand the problem although they did come back and did a terrible job cutting the hole larger leaving the cuttings in the cabinet to be cleaned by others and and I am still unable to properly secure the sink to the cabinet top due to their installation.

Been a proud member for years now for their pharmacy alone (see: the Claritin-D generic alternative of a 15pk Allerclear-D 24hr for less than $6!) which easily makes up the cost of the membership over a year. This Costco now also offers great on-site gas prices too. I visit this branch at least once every 2 weeks for the classic $1.50 1/4lb hotdog + soda and am literally about to go again just for that now. Recently Ive also been checking out their jewelry selections, and might pick something up for my girlfriend at a great price as compared to other mall jewelry stores. Ive also purchased all of my sunglasses for the past 10 years here, and have always been able to find a decent brand and style. Food samples can seem kind of rare nowadays, but thats my other favorite part about shopping here. Otherwise, I cant think of a time when there was something I wanted that was shown out of stock on the shelves here. I suggest looking for mattresses, motor oil when its on sale, rotating craftbeer bottle selections, the kirkland shredded chicken cans, and more.

Was disappointed as I called at 530 to ask if they had some clams, so I dont make a wasted trip. Man that answered the phone put me on hold like he was checking, and came back and said yes. I got there less than 10 minutes later. Of course there were none. I complained at the front "customer service" desk about being disappointed I wasnt told the truth. Instead of apologizing the lady said to me, well he checked and looked in the computer and saw that we sold some today. What a lame answer. Maybe thats why my husband likes Sams better.

I love shopping there and regret not getting a membership sooner. Prices are about on par with Walmart (granted you end up with a lot more stuff per purchase) but the quality of your purchase is far superior. Going on the weekends is also enjoyable, despite the heavy crowd, as they offer free samples which make shopping all the better. The place isnt all too pretty (warehouse) but I would rather a company keep their overhead low and pass the savings to me (it is very clean though).

I tried to get a tire fixed today. There was a nail in the tread that caused the tire to go flat. The people at Costco Tires charged me $10 to tell me that the tire could not be fixed because the nail was to close to the side wall. They also took 45 mins before letting me know but were very willing to sell me a tire that was not even close to the other three tires.

Busy place. Must use debit card inside and at gas pumps. But, you can use credit cards online. Parking lot is crazy. Have great options in frozen foods, fresh produce, fresh meats. Good samples available to try different foods. A few things just too expensive. Reasonable prices overall. Good deals at eatery inside. Staff always helpful and polite.

The produce, such as strawberries, blueberries, etc., is often starting to mold or already largely spoiled the day we get it home. This is difficult to see in the store when they have brought it out of cold storage (where it seems to be partially frozen) and the inside of the package is completely fogged over.

Inside is the typical and desirable Costco experience. But parking is rough. Parking lot is approximately 1/3 if the size it needs to be. This location is always crowded. Only one spot to return shipping carts that is usually overflowing. Costco shipping carts are left all over the lot, usually the medians.

This is the place we buy our dogfood. Our dogs are quite choosie, nothing from Sams Club came close to acceptable. But we tried out the costco brand in the blue bag, it was a hit. Our dogs love it. The staff is fantastic, very accommodating and professional. They actually seem happy to work here.

Everything you might need for a great price. Make sure you have a list or you will come out with a lot more than you went in for. Not to mention a hot dog and drink for $1.50, $1.70 exactly with tax is unbeatable deal. Added bonus are the free food tastings they have all over the place.

There was absolutely no organization to the facility whatsoever. For the price of a membership the cost of their products were not as good as Id hope theyd be. So I pretty much spent the cost of a membership to walk around confused and only to go to another store to buy what I needed.

The only thing wrong with Costco (and only at this location) is the lack of spaces for carts. Great selection, great prices, phenomenal store brand products (we use the blue bag dog food - easily comparable to Blue Buffalo and half the price), and central location.

Its hard to find anything wrong with Costco! Their parking lot could be a bit more pedestrian-friendly though. There arent many places for your cart to fit after youve finished shopping and are bringing it back to your car. (lack of ramps coming off of the sidewalk)

We only stoped there, this time, for gas and to visit the food court. Weve been to many many COSTCOS, the food is always good and is the same at every location. But, this is the only one weve been to that asked for my membership card just to visit the food court???

They gave me the wrong printer cartridges AFTER I asked specifically for the model type. They told me first they dont carry it then found me an item and it doesnt work after I drove 30 minutes back to my house! They better give me a refund!

I love Costco in general, the process are good, and the staff seems happy to work there. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that the aisles are not labeled well, and it is hard to find specific things. I would love an app based map.
