This store has a great selection & prices, but their ordering system is poor & outdated. Orders appear to be processing, but they will not send your order until they receive confirmation on the phone. However, they do not make this clear in the ordering process. You will receive an e-mail and/or a phone call (if they can reach you). The e-mail will have nothing in the subject header that warns you that your order has not yet shipped until you call them! The end result is receiving packages long after Christmas and long after they were promised. Customer service is poor. They are cheerful, but entirely dismissive and indifferent. Letters of complaint are met with a simple admonition to "Enjoy the wine." Thanks. Enjoying the wine wasnt my problem.

Wine shop that actually cares about what you like to drink. I placed an order online a while back and was pleasantly surprised at how they handled my order. I wasnt just an order number...they took the time to make sure everything was correct before shipping and my order arrived just as they said it would on the phone. I recently visited their wine shop and was impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I bought a wine at the shopkeepers suggestion and it has now become my favorite Chardonnay. Well done.

My wife and I came across this shop last spring and were pleasantly surprised. The owner travels the world finding the best wines of the region and imports them here. He is very knowledgeable on all of the wines he has because of this. There were numerous wines that I have never seen before at other shops. The selection blew us away and they also have an online store so we have them ship us new wines every month. This place is truly a great stop if you are in the area or order online.

This small shop has great charm and knowledgeable owners. The owner was very helpful, the wine and beer selection is good, and the prices are fair. Average wine prices here were from about $15 to $60 with others on the low end and higher end. Whatever your budget, you will find something great here.
