I had a pleasant shopping experience on Saturday unfortunately the woman who checked me out got very confused ultimately charging me for things I did not buy and didnt apply the coupons correctly or at all. I called the manager that day named Lola who is very polite and responsive and told me to come back. She left me coupons and told me it was not a problem. I returned on Sunday 5/22/16 and the manager on duty was snippy and made me feel I like I was interrupting her morning. She didnt say good morning, didnt apologize for the mistakes, didnt crack a smile, no thank you for shopping or have a good day. When she was done she just turned her back and started talking to her employee basically dismissing me. I can only guess she wasnt having a good day to begin with but not really a role model for customer service. I wont be shopping there again.
