My family and I have lived in Fairfax City for generations. I have dealt with many local businesses including automotive shops and gas stations. I can tell you that the service here is exemplary. They are not out to empty your pockets and are willing to work with you on repairs. Their gas prices are never over the top and the inspectors are honest, fair, and polite. My family has taken cars here for years, but a recent safety inspection has changed that. The state inspector at this shop claimed my headlights were dirty and not aimed correctly. When asked if they were high, low, left, or right he could not provide an answer. He also wanted $20 to use some glass cleaner on my headlights. Very disappointed after years of good service. Also the 5 star from Mohan below is the inspector in question, who is claiming his own inspections are "accurate and fairly"

Went in for a routine yearly inspection. Came out with a pass on my vehicle for the year and a broken support rod for the hood of my car. Didnt realize this until 2 weeks later when I needed to add windshield wiper fluid and needed to open the hood. They just put it back in the holder like nothing happened without even having the courtesy of telling me what happened. Unacceptable.
