I needed something. Found em at the top othe list using "stationary stores in arlington virginia" (like you might have!). Arrived as the mall was opening, found the store no prolem. Walked in and was greeted pleasantly even though shopkeeper was busy stocking and facing stuff on the shelves. I explained what I needed and she showed me several examples of what she thought would suit my needs. About 10 minutes later after a pleasant exchange of conversation (and money for product - reasonable as well) I was driving away with my supplies. Boom. Done. Nice store. Lots of stuff. Nice lady (and it was first thing in the AM on a Saturday -- not *my* favorite time to be workin!) I would completely disregard Robin Parks extremely venomous review were I you. If you need something paper-related and they have it, go here (call 1st maybe). They also do customized calligraphy stuff too, apparently. FIVE stars. FIVE. :)

The absolute worst customer experience of my life. The cashier (named Sarah) yelled at a customer (my friend) for trying to use mobile payment, telling her to "pick up your belongings and leave". Appalled by her unbelievably rude and mean attitude, we asked her to relax, stop yelling, and bring the supervisor so we can speak directly with the supervisor instead of getting yelled at. She then threatened my friend, me, and our other friend that she would call the security for not leaving the store immediately and yelled at us to call the corporate instead of the store supervisor. I am seriously questioning the integrity of Papyrus employees and whether the firm conducts employee training of any sort at all. Deeply disappointed, offended, upset. I will never ever return to Papyrus again in my life.

This store is rather small and cramped after the recent renovation. it still has a food selection of unique cards and gift items.
