Can I just stop your scrolling to say how much I adore the Red Balloon. The store on 9400 is one of the best looking family owner stores Ive ever seen. An easily maneuvered layout helps me to find the toys I need. Its clean, and so well organized! And not to mention the employees! They are so accommodating, helpful, and incredibly willing to do anything they can do to help! My only complaint is the sales. Everybody loves a good sale, but I dont usually have time to come in on such short notices. And with the toy club catalog that came out, only a day after they were sent out, the items listed were not even in the store yet! There should be a stock amount before the catalog comes out... But even though that was disappointing, I love this store and the lovely people who work there! Thank you so so much for a lovely experience

Really nice store. The toys are interesting, educational, and high quality (unlike many of the offerings at certain big box toy stores) yet not too pricey. I wouldve bought my kids almost anything there. The employees greeted us and and helped track down a specific animal figure, and didnt mind when my little girl paid in a big pile of change!

EXCELLENT STORE!!! WE GET A DECK OF FIVE CROWNS EVERY SIX WEEKS AND A GAME OF SEQUENCE FOR GIFTS. INDOOR SNOW BALLS!!! THEY ARE SO AWESOME ABOUT CHECKING AVAILABILITY AND HOLDING IT FOR PICKUP. OUR GO TO STORE!!!!
