Came in on Monday afternoon, wasnt acknowledged, got what I needed and waited at the counter for maybe 2 minutes. The only employee was helping another customer. But rather than ring me up first, proceeded to let this other customer check out before me. I quietly backed away from the register I was literally standing in front of as he rang someone else up, put my products back, and drove to Ulta across the street. I turned around as I left and his facial expression was none other than shocked, just as I had felt when he rang someone else up even though I had been waiting. I wont be returning and I will not be suggesting this location to anyone.

My experience here was so awful. I walked around trying to find someone for almost 30 minutes before I decided to leave. Whats even worse, is that there were employees in the store, but they kept ignoring me when asking for help. I felt like they were ignoring me on purpose, which made it even worse. The employees were so rude, I couldnt even continue shopping, I had to leave the store. Go to the Sephora at fashion place! its a better environment, and someone asked if I needed help right when I walked into the store!

I came to return a couple of items and the overweight girl with huge glasses and blondish brown highlighted hair in a messy ponytail, with mediocre makeup was extremely rude about the return, she rolled her eyes, gave me dirty looks, and looked pissed. Will not be back. This is the worst Sephora ever. Its not my fault your product I returned was awful.

They have the WORST customer service. The manager has no idea what shes doing and cant even ring up returns right. She was extremely rude. They do not hold up to the standard of the free-standing Sephoras. Worst one Ive ever been to. Drive a little farther and go to the Sephora in Murray. Dont waste your time here.

I really love sephora and will chose it every time over ulta because of their customer service. I feel like I am equal to the employees here (unlike ulta where they act better than you and are rude). Anyway the people at this sephora have great customer service skills, and Ive never had a bad experience with them.

I came here for the first time last week and they didnt even acknowledge I was there. When I asked a question the girl I talked to pretty much ignored me. Will not be returning here even if it is the closest one to me.
