Ok so I got pierced here on two occasions and both were not good. Im pretty sure the piercers name is Ashley (regardless theyre a female piercer) and she was super rude to start off with. The 1st time I went in for a Monroe piercing, she refused and then bulldozed me into getting dermals in my hips that cost over $40 more. Second time she was VERY VERY rude when I got my nose pierced. She dropped the jewelry on the ground, picked it up, sprayed it with whatever she sprayed the chair with and proceeded putting it in my nose!!! I didnt know what to d . So yeah theyre cheap but you get what you pay for here.

I took my daughter (14) to get a small stud in her nose. I had messaged the shop thru their Facebook page and the person who responded answered all of my questions before we made the drive over. The staff was very friendly and thorough and went over how to care for the piercing. The shop is small but clean, with a relaxed environment. I think it was a nice experience for my daughter and I wouldnt mind going there for future piercings.

This is an amazing shop! I had stopped by a lot of tattoo/piercing shops in Killeen in the past and almost all of them didnt want to do dermals and/or re-pierce scarred tissue. This shop called in their "Master Piercer" (who was off for the holidays but came in any way!) and he hooked me right up. I will definitely be going back for ALL of my piercing needs!

It is a clean looking place with everything in the open, tattoo chairs, waiting area, flash walls, counter, all in undivided space. Staff just didnt seem that knowledgeable and got a bit of a bad "vibe" that put me off enough to not get anything done there. It may have just been personality differences, but it didnt feel comfortable or professional to me.

LITERALLY BEST PLACE EVER. If you ever need a piercing just go here. Please please please it is so worth it! Great great great service terrific people they care about you so much. They dont charge much at all, greatest place on earth. I will come back for all my piercing needs!

Went for angel bites , did not tell that I needed ice Ibuprofen nothing. And the next day not even a full 24 hours it popped out. They made me sit what seem forever. Then wanted me to pay to have her redo it.

Got my nose pierced there must say staff was super friendly very knowledgeable. There was no wait time. It did hurt, but overall experience was great if I had to do it again I would.
