I went to shop at my local food mart, Fiesta, everything is fine until I notice when I am at the register the manager yells at the cashier in front of customers. To me that is very disrespectful and very unprofessional. She made her clean all of the registers by herself, dismissed all other employees and kept this cashier as the only sole cashier for the store while working hard. I do not like this atmosphere and unfair treatment this management is providing among its employees. I have seen much more respect at a fast food place than this. Management needs to be improved and needs to be professional, not disrespect their fellow employees in front of a crowd and not give excruciating amount of work to only one cashier while the rest are dismissed. That is over extending your role as a manager. It is very unprofessional and to have to witness that in person in front of other customers. I see this management team play favoritism when it comes to each individual cashier and give the new hires, or other cashiers a very unfair amount of work. Replacement of the whole management group. Very unprofessional atmosphere regarding the managing group and how they treat their employees. At the very LEAST retrain your management group with how they SHOULD be acting and how they SHOULD NOT be picking on a cashier. Be More professional and if you have to yell at a employee do NOT do it in front of your customers. I suggest replace your whole management group because this not only comes from one manager it comes from three.

No me gusta porque todo es muy caro y una viejita que es manager a la gente se le queda viendo como que si somos rateros mas cuando alguien de raza negra va a comprar lo discriminan y esa señora q es manager le grita bien feo a los cashiers en frente de todos los clientes FIESTA esto es una pena porque no deberian debtener trabajadores mas que todo encargados que hagan lo que se les pegue la gana con los trabajadores a parte de eso los manager no hacen su trabajo, son unos atajo de guevones y flojos!

This place worths nothing; there is the need and aim to improve their customer service.. I see mans producer workers starring at the ladies ass. Another thing, from manager to cashier are useless and lack of presentation. This is the worse foods market in Irving, Tx, cashier and supervisor dont know how to treat customers plus cashiers and their managers/supervisors needs training on how to use their equipment and to improve their service to customers. Second, we have enough with those things above, but their store looks like a childs room. But what to expect from a market that Probably their management are undergraduate from high school!!!! Every one, if we want to receive great customer well organize store, fresh product lets visit Kroger or el rancho.

To the bakery department no kind of service went in to pick up a birthday cake and waited 30 minutes to get service I asked a simple question is this all the cakes they have witch wasnt much no big deal but can you call the nearest location and check if they have what Im looking for she said she did not have the phone number to the other location ok so I pick a cake I didnt want I told her to pleas write happy birthday (name) in purple letters and she tells me I dont have that color smh so my options are blue and red so I tell her just make it in red so I can get a cake shes trying to write the (happy birthday) and she runs out of red so now my option is blue lol I just walked at that point...

I saw a man today around 6:50 pm at this Fiesta putting two packages of meat in his pants and he ran out and no one stopped him. I didnt know what to do so I just went after him but it was too late. He had left the store and no one noticed. Please get better security.

Their produce is very terrible. Tomatoes are small and brused. Onions are old and dirty. Drinks are expensive. I wont be back for life.
