From the second I walked in I could tell that the employees received commission. (AN-NOY-ING.) He tried to upsell me and convince me he was a really honest person (#1 sign that person isnt honest), but everything was really overpriced so I ended up not buying anything. As I headed towards the door, I thought Id say goodbye to the guy that had helped me, instead of him turning around to look for me five minutes later and realize Id snuck out. "Bye, and thanks!" I said to him. We made eye contact, and then he turned and walked away. It was a pretty awkward moment, so another guy tried to save it by stepping in and telling me bye. Rude. Awkward. Overpriced. And obnoxious.

Walked in with 3-4 people working there, no hello. All the employees stood in the center checkout island talking about product or stock, none walked around the store asking if anyone needed help. Stood at the counter for a minute before they noticed me there, then asked "you about ready?" as in they were waiting for me. Did not ask if I found anything alright, but if I wanted to sign up for the purchase incentive program. No "Thank You" when the transaction was over. Will not go here again, and a simple Hello or Thank You would have been all I needed.

The guys are very knowledgeable here..moreso than at 2 of the area GNC's I've been to. Even had a problem with a supplement- they accepted the return, and provided assistance with an alternative . My only complaint is occasionally there's a wait to check out at the register, because it is sporadically busy at this location.

I had to show up five minutes before the store closed. I expected to be rushed but an employee named Steph was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I really appreciated her.
